Ordered on the 20th September Payment was taken out but no email and no delivery of the bugs just looked and saw another payment taken out today In total 40 46 taken Never made the 2nd purchase today Would appreciate it if someone can contact me in regards to this please My first use of reptile by post was very positive though a lot better than some reptile shops Received a phone call today and everything has been resolved Thank you for the call Craig much appreciated D

Customer service is absolutely second to none an item in my order was damaged and they quickly sent a replacement without any issue I was really impressed with the quick response time especially since I reached out to them via email The products are of very high quality definitely better than what I ve previously purchased from other stores I purchased a brand new setup for my elderly bearded dragon and all I can say is it is absolutely worth the money Thank you very much and I ll definitely be ordering from your store again 100 recommend this to any reptile owner

I have been using reptiles by post for nearly two years to get the food for my terantula spider Goliath I have never been disappointed with quality of locust s and the delivery time to receive them is brilliant My only slight complaint would be that you offer discounts and bargains within a few days of me recieving my order meaning i can t take advantage of the deal

I have only just got my Dragon in the last few months and just happened to come across reptiles by post and have never had a problem with my orders I was sent an email explaining how my bugs may seem dead but are just cold and would need 24hrs to warn up I was so glad to get this email so I did not panic Thank you reptiles by post you are fantastic
