Absolute infuriating rubbish
I ve spent over an hour trying to make a booking Ran out of charge on my phone it took so long Tried on my computer and although it appears I ve made the booking have had no confirmation- had to email the restaurant in the end Defeating the object of the restaurant not having to deal with booking queries This is all after the website forces registration and takes card details Doesn t work with a secure password manager either Completely stressed and infuriated by it Will avoid businesses that use this in the future Examples of issues Website doesn t scroll on phone screen- can t access dates times to book After registering account doesn t recognise account Doesn t work with a password manager Doesn t provide confirmation of booking Doesn t allow toggling between views on phone to retrieve text code back to Resy site so have to start whole process again Grrrr

BAD system and non-inclusive for EAs and Executives
This is such a BAD BAD system and non-inclusive for EAs who need to be able to book tables on their boss s name with their own email address Also non-inclusive for Executive Management who is being burdened by admin having to forward the booking confirmation to me so that I can then put in the invite and receiving any admin relating to the booking This creates so much more work for all of us who are meant to be simplifying our bosses busy lives as it s first super fiddly to do a booking because it requires the account with the same mobile number bla bla bla then I can t do it on my email with my boss s name so I have to then contact my boss to send me the booking confirmation so I can attach to the invite If there are issues with the booking he will receive these since I can t use my account for the booking to be on his name - he will likely miss these emails especially reminders of any cancellation policies resulting in money lost on bookings that potentially needed to be cancelled just because the system doesn t allow an EA to book on someone s behalf So I then have to go to the restaurant website and check all the info about booking cancellation policies and put a separate note for me somewhere in case my boss forgets or doesn t have time to forward the booking to me in order to avoid any unnecessary card charges Why add this stress when you can simply have 2 fields in the form that ask if you re booking for yourself or someone else OpenTable is soooo much better so now I ll avoid booking anything that isn t on OpenTable What a waste of time this Saturday morning when instead of relaxing I had to spend a whole hour just to do 1 booking Have amateurs created this

Rock Steady Restaurant in Atlanta Georgia is overrated The parking is horrible I ordered the grilled jerk chicken dinner the chicken was a dry leg quarter that was burnt the lemonade was in a very small glass with no refills for 6 00 and the seating was very uncomfortable I felt like I was seatng in my neighbors lap

Resy is the most god awful reservation
Resy is the most god awful reservation app I ve never encountered so many problems doing the most simplest thing 3 credit cards google pay nothing works when inputting my details THEN I found out it s founded by Gary Vaynerchuk - the wankiest person on the planet It s no wonder that nothing in this app works I ll probably NEVER dine at any places that use this for their booking

Terrible user experience
Terrible user experience It s buggy laggy and designed really badly It s nothing short of a frustrating app to use It s not a bad idea but UX needs some serious work I usually get put off when restaurants require this app to book I d rather call through or just find something else And I would highly suggest swapping booking providers until this one changes improves one day It s not worth losing customers over

Extremely annoying I received seven 7 reminders of a reservation I made then received two follow-ups I want to delete my entire profile but there does not seem to be a way to do that

Making reservations is the absolute
Making reservations is the absolute worst on this app and it s extremely disappointing every time a restaurant chooses to use this app over open table Especially for reservations where you need to book right as soon as they open My fianc and I tried booking a reservation at the same time She was the only one to get in We were booking a restaurant for lunch at 2pm but because we had a literal pop up bar with 0 food booked at 7pm we couldn t make the reservation and lost the booking We had already paid 30 for our bar reservations and could not cancel Absolute garbage system

Got charged 420 00 in reservation
Charged 420 00 in reservation cancelation fees in error We showed up early on one day and canceled 24 hrs in advance have proof for another res and got dinged anyway Apprised restaurant owner of problem who dismissed us Will leave reviews for him accordingly Stay away from this app DO NOT use a CC or DC to secure a reservation

TERRIBLE
Never ever have I used Resy with any success Sign up enroll put your info in they ll send you a code then they ll send you an email The problem is the emails take 6 to 8 hours to arrive and so process failed I will never ever use this stupid crap app and I will never ever go to a restaurant that will not allow me to make reservations through their own phone number I have never spoken with anyone who has had success using this stupid app I am so angry This is the last time I will lose reservations for an important event because of this POS
