Very unhappy with my experience

We made a reservation for a restaurant in France while on holiday and were routed through this intermediary Someone called me in quickfire French to confirm the details Without any agreement they charged 49 99EUR just to book a single reservation I went through the email I received from them and nowhere does it mention this cost I tried contacting them but the number does not exist on Whatsapp and they don t seem to respond to the contact form Beware of this company they claim no malicious intent but it sure feels otherwise

Unauuthorised withdrawal for subscription from my bank account

We used them to find a taxi whilst on holiday in France in August Two months later I discovered they had taken 70 euros from my bank account for a subscription I never asked for despite cancelling subscription to their emails However after writing to them they were quick to refund me but subscription should be invited not automatic
