Not worth the money

I bought the solid suit case and the 3d screen protector While the case does protect your phone the buttons on the case come off very easily so to turn up the volume I literally have to take the case off my phone I got the 3d screen protector like 2 weeks ago and there is already a good sized scratch on it And for being almost 50 and the case being 50 it just is not worth it If you want to splurge I suggest getting casetify

Pleased despite destroying the case

Quite pleased with how the case has been these past two years I managed to destroy the case by mistake when it slipped from my pocket as I shut my car door taking the impact of the door and car body It s now unusable broken case and buttons alike but I couldn t complain as the Google Pixel was still intact The screen protector is mostly intact which is amazing given the impact taken I ve had to buy the Spigen Rugged Armour to replace that case and one thing I ve noticed is that this case feels a lot better in the hands the RhinoShield case was a bit large for my liking I d definitely purchase a case from Rhinoshield again if it feels a little slimmer and nicer in my hand

Good product and Service

I bought from Rhinoshield twice and my products was delivered on time Their Crashgaurd NX cover is as strong as they say and can take a punch The impact screen protector I have not tested yet Dont want to break my iphone My phone is always in my pocket and bag and I did see a small scratch on the screen protector after a week But it was is only noticeable when you look for it I also had a back protector that was not sticking properly and it was replace by Rhinoshield hassle-free So great service from them The only disadvantage is that the prices are a bit high and shipping cost On top of this you have to pay import duty as well if you outside the USA

Great Customer Service

The first screen protector didn t stick to my phone anymore after some hours I contacted the support team and they sent me a new one without any problem Hopefully the second one will stick to my phone Really appreciate the customer service

The service is excellent

The service is excellent only comment I may have is the case bumper too tight screen install tutorial does not work on website If I ever need to add a SD card or change battery it s almost impossible to take it off without scratching anything

Case and Protector

Ordered a case which was what I expected cannot say anything negative really On the other hand the tempered glass protector upon arrival had a piece chipped away on the side that sticks onto the screen Moreover the order took rather long to be delivered but that is understandable under covid Update After writing to rhinoshield I recieved a reply very quickly I ve been told that they will be able to send another one Update 2 I have received the replacement screen protector which works great

Original issues were sorted very effectively

I had ordered a case but had been waiting for the delivery for a longer time than was expected I used the support helpline and it transpired that the design I had ordered was not available and should not have been listed on the website Tammy was extremely helpful and gave me instructions on how to order a different design which was discounted due to the inconvenience I am very grateful for the prompt replies and the efficient sorting out of my issues

Well happy after all

To my mistake I edit my review Originally it was titled The worst delivery ever however turns out it is the fault of customs and local delivery Now I do give a 4-star review as although I provided my phone number when ordering it was nowhere to be found on the parcel which led to my post office being late to notify me As for the case and the protector they are quite good
