Shipping to Sweden was about 2 weeks so it is alright and expected for that kind of distance But the company is trustworhty

Copyright Infringements

After placing my order for a customized case my order was cancelled due to a possible copyright infringement This was not the case so I had to contact them with the copyright information my chosen image was in the public domain Jonathan handled my complaint and I was very pleased with the timing Jonathan s courteous communications with me and the promptness at being able to resubmit my order One thing I will suggest to the company with regards to their ordering procedure unless it s already there and I missed it perhaps you might include a field that allows the customer to offer copyright permissions or proof of public domain

I had issues with tracking receiving updates on my order during the delivery process I reached out to the support team and was happily suprised at the communication and help I received from Marvin He was quick to respond to my emails and more than happy to help

Disappointing Screen Protector Pleasant Customer Support

I bought the RHINOSHIELD 3D Impact screen protector to try something new a plastic screen protector with a glass feel It protected rather well and did indeed feel like glass or maybe even smoother however it peeled off rather easily by mistake within a few days After contacting customer support I had a surprisingly pleasant interaction with a support specialist in which I was offered a free replacement and a 15 discount on a new order I told them their support agent needed a raise he was delightful I would recommend RHINOSHIELD for their mostly solid products and stellar customer support I just hope they get the adhesive on their screen protectors a bit better

Screen Protector Issues Solved

I ordered a case and screen protector The case worked well but the screen protector did not do it for me The screen didn t stay on my phone that well and there were already thin scratches across the screen protector I accumulated bubbles as well while trying to put it on But after I contacted Customer Support Marvin helped me a lot He understood the problem and gave out a solution He replied quickly and gave his honest answer to what the steps were needed He was nice and respectful the whole journey

The screen protector and the support from Rhinoshield

I was sad when I place the screen protector and made bubbles But when I emailed the Rhinoshield support and responded quickly at my problem I was relieved and very pleased with the response Jonathan the very kind person from there said that he can use the lifetime replacement program to give me a new screen protector and a discount of 15 for everything from the store The support is top notch so I really recommend it if you have any problem just contact them

Great Service You get what you pay for

The Efforts of the staff are fast pace in the two times i have contacted them about replacements they have been fast under 12 hours for me and helpful Having had my Rhino shield products for over year now I can definitely recommend it I can remember several occasions that their hard case has saved my ass and even when it didn t under the lifetime replacement program the screen protectors are replaced for just shipping and handling cost My one minor issue is that the cost of shipping hand handling can be expensive

I loved the customer service and case

I loved how the phone case felt in my hand and on my phone at first I was dissapointed because the sketch on the back design was peeling off in less than a week but customer service was swift to help me and offer me another case Their customer service is reliable so trust them if you think you will have any problems

Nice products overpriced thought

I love their lifetime warranty policy However it s not the best deal in reality I don t understand why they charge for handling for replacements I think it s the actual cost of the product and so I hate that I have to pay for anything other than shipping since their product failed Customer service is nice and very helpful Their products are not exactly worth it since for the high cost my case lasted less that two years and so I think it s unfair to pay extra to get a replacement

iPhone 14 Pro Max - Clear Case Yondaime

I bought the iPhone 14 Pro Max - Yondaime Clear Case and it arrived quickly in the mail The case visually looks nice fits snug and the quality seems sturdy However after a day I noticed very small cracks on the case Perhaps it was a defective item After notifying customer service of the issue Marvin quickly resolved it by sending me a new replacement free of charge without having to send my original one back Hopefully the quality of the replacement will be better but I really appreciated how Marvin handled things
