We originally received a letter in the post offering more efficient energy sources I was dubious because of all the companies advertising like who was a scam who isn t This company certainly are not a scam from initial contact with Shaun who helped us with the application Thomas the surveyor was very thorough All the contractors that came to our house were excellent answered all our questions they were immaculate clearing up as they went along They did not inconvenience us in any way Explained how everything was going to work We definitely can not fault RMS Energy Solutions Ltd We had a heat pump fitted new rads new hot and cold water tanks and 9 solar panels I m so glad I responded to the letter It doesn t cost anything to see if you qualify very trustworthy company I would recommend anyone thinking of having this type of work done to contact them Thanks for everything guys

I had a heat pump fitted by them to replace my old electric boiler and they were an excellent company as they were really helpful from start to finish The work was done to a really high standard and they explained all the information needed throughout the whole process The tennants were really happy with the work done and now they are saving on thier bills I would fully recommend them

BRILIANT I just wanted to share my satisfaction with RMS Energy Solutions for their outstanding work on one of our properties Their expertise and attention to detail made the whole process smooth and successful We now have a brand-new heating system Wall and Roof insulation and also solar panels and best of all it was all fully funded through the schemes Fully recommended

Amazing company and staff On behalf of my elderly father whose heating had broken down and was unrepairable I contacted Shaun and his colleagues at RMS Energy Solutions They helped with completing and submitting our application sending a surveyor in next to no time The heating was installed 22nd December 2023 A massive thank you all the staff at RMS Jackie Mayfield

I would highly recommend this company Every telephone conversation was helpful and friendly the young lady even replied to my text when she was on holiday The whole transaction went through smoothly and I was kept informed throughout I am looking forward to having a warm house for the first time in ten years

From start to finish dealing with Shaun and his team has been seamless The team who carried out the installation were fantastic helpful polite friendly and efficient They worked hard and got the work done in a day and left everything tidy when they had finished I highly recommend this company dealing with them has been exceptional easy and a pleasure

Fantastic company we re really good from start to finish Admin staff are fab and always happy to answer questions Work men were very good and made minimum mess and even hovered up after them We had underfloor insulation done and the difference is amazing Would 100 recommend this company and would go back to them for more works as and when needed

I ve just had work done by RMS Energy and have nothing but praise for them The kind and approachable office staff kept me informed with the progress of my application and the planned schedule of work Their teams were hardworking friendly and efficient always let me know what they were doing and were good to have around Particularly with insulation and electrical work there s inevitably upheaval but any mess was kept to an absolute minimum Special thanks to Giovanni and his team for their thoughtfulness in making it possible for me to sleep in my bed by improvising with shower rail and curtain when the previous arrangement no longer fitted with the new insulation I really appreciated Gerome and all his people for their good care and attention and especially his invaluable help with switching energy supplier to make the most of the solar panels and new storage heaters Top marks to all concerned and thank you RMS Energy for a job well done

My wife and I both though that the RMS Energy Solutions grant deal offered by their area manager sounded too good to be true How wrong we were Day 1 - 2 very kind and polite gents fitted interior insulation to our stairwell which is immediately under the roof tiles On day 2 - 3 more very kind and polite gents removed our old hot water cylinder cold water tank from loft and fitted a Worcester Bosch condensing boiler and seven large radiators in our 3 bedroom house All exposed pipes were covered with UPC covers designed for the job All floors and carpets were refitted undamaged On day 3 - 2 more very kind a polite gents arrived to fit all the electrical systems even including installing an APP on my phone to control the entire system remotely A truly top draw job and covered by a government grant From start to finish from area manger to all involved a five star job

I supported my parents to get a boiler replacement and all I can say is that RMS were amazing They supported my parents and went the extra mile even though they didn t have English as their first language Whenever I needed to talk to staff they were so supportive Shaun was amazing and gave me a step by step guide to what I needed to do We don t always realise how hard people work but all I have for this company is praise Really appreciate all the work you ah e done for my elderly parents
