Best online retailer to deal with

I bought snapmaker original from robotshop and as soon as i assembled it there was problem with cnc so i contact them and they arrange the replacement from factory very quickly for the parts which we thought is a problem after receiving that problem was still there so i contact the snapmaker and they i need to get the new machine because there might be problems wirh other parts instead the machine So i contact the Robotshop and they did the replacement with speed of light Ehat else do you want from retailers We all know brand new 50 thousands car might have problem as soon as you take it out of the dealership but how they deal with the problem is important which Robotshop did it exceptionally well for online retailer in different country I will definitely will buy more things from Robotshop because i know if something go wrong with item this guys are there to fix it and that s excellent customer service Ps very especial thanks to Louise and Nemanja for all your help Best regards Kash
