Don t order from rock com took over a monrh to receive and customer service was very rude First and last time i ll order from them

Bad customer service and waste of money

I ordered a size small crop t shirt and when on I received my order I got a long wide shirt labeled small I ve emailed website 3 times to get correct size or money back no reply Really bad customer service and waste of money

If I could give a negative -100 That s how I feel about these crooks My email doesn t exsist anymore I was charged for 33 per year and had so much trouble accessing it The take over really sucked I dealt with it for 3 years Missed my job my kids school updates doctors appointments Rock com is now crooks who don t deliver and customer service is of no help I was still charged for the 4th year without access to my email I had to call my bank for a refund YOUR PAGE DOESN T ROCK IT KICKS ROCKS

I have ordered from this company before and it went very well So I ordered again and this will be the last time Order says it was shipped on the 5th of February 2018 it is now the 22nd of February I have tried emailing and I received an automated email saying someone would contact me in 24 hours It has been a week and still no contact

I ordered a vinyl last Dec 22 as a Christmas gift to my boss and it has not come still I ve attempted emailing them and their email states the 3rd Party has the shipping information I just want to know if they have shipped it or not they should have obtained that information to give me some closure Also when I sent a second email stateing I want a refund no response has been given Don t think I will be using them again Still haven t got my product and I m out a gwap of money Very unprofessional

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS BEWARE Ordered 2 T SHIRTS as i am a slim guy i ordered Large 1 just barely fitted the other was so tight that a twelve year old child would not get neck opening over their head Sent email outlining the problem they informed me to send it back and they would give a credit NOW HERE IS WHERE THE SCAM STARTS To send it back with tracking which they requested would have cost 42 Aus AND THEY KNOW THAT TO RETURN A T S FROM OVERSEAS TO U S IS COST PROHIBITIVE THEREFORE THEY WILL NEVER HAVE TO REPLACE IT They also do not have a sizing chart and blame the licencing laws for their incompetence Last but not least they said they would have replaced if they had sent the wrong size WELL THEY DID as 1 marked large just fitted and the other marked large was smaller than small DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS CO NOT TO BE TRUSTED
