HiI have installed about 20sqmNot happy with quality Won t use it again been fine till warm weather come outI have followed the instructions on the website as roofin provides When it is hot the tiles start changing shapes Even when every tile been screwed on with 2 screws as the guide on the website says It just starts swelling

Have now been waiting a week for a delivery I was told would be 3-4 days person replying to emails won t provide a delivery date This is now holding up a job and costing me money after booking a sparky to to wire the job today but now can t be done as it s not in the dry Lets hope it s here today You know dam well I m not confusing you with someone else You re company is a joke selling goods it doesn t have Absolutely disgraceful

Absolutely discrace don t order from this company you will not get your order on the day they say they give all the excuses in the book and then when you make a complaint they say sorry can you give us another 3-5 working days really There is not question of money of the order as a curtsey or a sorry The time I get my order I only hope the builder will be able to come back to finish the job

How on earth this Company can charge 19 80 to deliver one Tapco hip junction tile via Royal Mail is beyond me disgusting for this Company to take liberties with a customer

Do not trust or buy anything from this Company They supply multifoil insulation quoting compliance with LABC and also certified with BBA The certificate number was false for an entirely different product and LABC have not approved it They are scammers

Good on first orderBut tried to charge an Extortionate amount 2nd order of small amount 30Found on another site for just 4 it was same product so beware if your a little short to finish job shop elsewhere

rang roofin four times to get information about supperslate ridge tiles where told would get a ring back not once did they ring back not good won t be using them again

Bought a polycarbonate sheet measuring 500mm x 1000mm which I requested to have cut into 4 strips There was a remainder of 320mm x 1000mm which I didn t get When I requested to have this sent to me or be given a partial refund I received a rather rude email stating that I signed T Cs and did not request for the remainder to be sent This is day light robbery I didn t agree to

On the 10 1 2024 we contacted Vanessa at roofin online stores who was very helpful but did not know what materials we needed in order to build the style roof that roofin stores supply She then spoke with someone else who had training and created a basket for us Later that day we noticed a mistake by roofin online stores where we were told to buy 10 sheets and glazing bar to fit the drawings provided by us but we actually required 11 This matter was solved quickly 16 1 2024 Then unfortunately a mistake of our own was that the glazing sheets ordered were a different length to the glazing bars a mistake which was not noticed by both roofin online stores or ourselves and so when they came to site they were the wrong size No bother it was us that added those to the basket and so we were told kindly if we buy new sheets when the drop off the new they will pick up the old which we were very thankful for Now we also realised that when roofin online stores created a basket for us they had forgot to add on the correct screws they suggest to use and so we brought this issue up and they agreed to send those also Fair as if they were on the original order we would have paid for them initiallly 24 1 2024 we fitted the system provided but found it quite difficult as all the sheets provided were different sizes and so we had to adjust the roofing supports to incorporate the off square sheets Also the trims were much harder than previous systems we have used and the flashing kit provided was extremely messy and not worth the money you pay for it 25 1 2024 we were contacted by Vanessa to confirm the refund has been issued for the original roofing sheets which were ordered wrong by us but unfortunately the issue returned was only 452 81 instead of the 543 18 which we payed We payed an extra postage fee so that is covered so should have received the full refund 29 1 2024 I emailed roofin online stores personally to express I was unhappy with the items sent provided photographic evidence showing my concerns and still to date have had no contact back from roofin online store 6 2 2024 I left a review to explain I was very unhappy as no one was trying to help us after we have received part of our money back not the full amount which was promised and no one was doing anything to try and help us 8 2 2024 I now have fake review on my business profile page calling me a liar and giving us a bad review when we have never provided this company with a service I have contacted the financial ombudsman as I feel this is a form of attack and to date have not received any call or message apart from this reply regarding my issues
