Improving communication to the Customer
The order was executed in an efficient manner At the point of ordering good feedback ensued However Much more is needed when informing the customer 1 Delivery to a depot in my vicinity 2 When the delivery left the depot 3 Time slot on the delivery day When delivery arrived at my home address I was five miles away from my home when the driver phoned to say he had arrived I then had to race home to meet him Better communication is needed to reduce the stress of a potential missed delivery I hope the above goes some way to improve informing the customer every step of the delivery Ty
