I had to return some items and I was accused by the GM of making the purchase through a company because of the email address I used that way he could charge me a restocking fee This was despite me buying the products for myself using my name to my residential address and with my own personal credit card in my name Having emailed this information to the manager I received no reply The refund I received minus the shipping cost of course was not complete I really do not recommend this company

Ordered n paid for 400 tiles 2 hip ridge tiles only 200 tiles were delivered My missing tiles were roaming around Cheshire apparently However Chris on your help line team was very good tracking them down and reassuring me that I would get what I d paid for even if it would be next week thanks Chris

Ordered 6 roof sheets all very prompt

Ordered 6 roof sheets all very prompt delivery but all sheets broken very good response sent out 6 more sheets all broken so now I have to shuffle them up to cover the cracks not great really guys

Good price Poor delivery time

Good price but poor delivery - 3 weeks Two emailed delivery dates given by Roofin for delivery by Travis Perkins were not met So OK if you do not need goods in a reasonable delivery time

tapco tiles delivery

Tiles arrived by courier but most of the spacing tabs on the tiles damaged Not the end of the world as the tabs are hidden when tiles are fixed to the roof but you would expect the product to arrive in perfect condition

Of the two packs of boards delivered

Of the two packs of boards delivered one was damaged on one corner though all the boards and on about half on the same set alternate corner damaged too Still worked but had to overlap boards more than desired to give a clean finish

Communication needs improvement

Wrong order delivered think due to communication issue with supplier Was rectified within two days Communication non existent regarding delivery date as had expected approximately 2 weeks and arrived after 1 week without any notice

Good products but quality customer service requires a review

The prices may be quite competitive but should you wish to return items don t expect to be told the correct address and the correct procedures when you contact the company via an online chat Expect to make a number of calls directly to the suppliers if returning Britmet products and even then you will have a lengthy wait for your refund minus 25 pointless restocking fee and minus the cost you had to pay to return the goods bearing in mind you may have already paid 72 for shipping I was well within the 14days of returning unused goods but a female customer service rep said she had bent the rules allowing the return
