Awful company They refuse to issue refund I even just asked for merchandise credit and they refused I purchased shoes it is very hard to guess right size for shoes as you for to try it on every company sizing is different but they kept adamantly saying it was final sale I m now stuck with 200 shoes I can t wear I removed my account from Rue La la and will never purchase anything if 200 means to them more that devoted customer I was from day one they opened We have many shopping options on line nowadays please support me and don t buy from them

I ve ordered several things from the company and some purchases were fine However there were multiple pieces of furniture that were listed as half off that I later googled and the sale price on Rue La La was actually 50 higher than the original price at Bed Bath and Beyond An item they claimed was originally 200 was actually normally priced at 65 Unbelievably unethical company

Sizing off - watch out for return policy

Just received leather jacket ladies size large always gives me plenty of room to move or wear a sweater Not this jacket can t even get the zipper close on o being able to zip Suddenly discover no international returns Canadians are out of luck but EU ok go figure Sorry I ever ordered from Rue La La

Cheesy Shopping Site

Merchandise was not as depicted and in my opinion was of lower quality In one instance the discounted price was higher than on the manufacturers website Lastly Rue La La charges 9 99 for a return with credit card Returns are only free if buyer accepts a merchandise credit in lieu of a cash refund The merchandise tends to be available from dead or dying brands and in weird sizes The site is cheesy and a waste of time

Shady website-- stay away They made unauthorized charges and I couldn t find any help from Customer Support Their refunds take months to arrive and you have to keep reminding them They ll find devious ways to add credit to your Rue La La account instead of issuing a full refund Customer Service is most unhelpful Products hardly of great quality I d rather spend a little more and buy from a trusted store than here In short just not worth spending a penny of your money here

I KNOW THEY ADVERTISE AS EVERYTHING AUTHENTIC BUT I GOT A FAKE GUCCI WALLET WHICH I SPENT LIKE 350 ON IT I WAS ABLE TO CONTACT THEM BUT DIDNT DO A FREAKING THING ABOUT IT ALL THEY TOLD ME WAS THAT IT WAS A FINAL SALE PURCHASE I WOULDNT TRUST THEM AT ALL SPECIALLY WHEN THEY DONT GIVE AT CRAP WHAT YOU BUYING FROM THEIR STORE

Rue la la has not good customer service I received duvet incorrect size and they don t want to accept return or give me store credit because is final sale I even send them picture how small duvet is compare to king size but they don t want do anything Be very sure if you need order something because they size are not correct They don t even deserve any star I give one star Maya
