There was no food option and not enough food for passengers
There was no food option not for lunch not for dinner We have flown 3 people and got 2 food and 2 small cups of water for 8 5 hours international flight The cabin crew was arrogant they have slept 5 hours of the flight and when my husband went to the back to ask for water they have told him he has to go back to his seat while they were eating passengers food We have paid almost 2000 for our flight got tossed away our waters right before boarding the plane even through We have bought our water next to our gate One of our seat was broken - it was reclining back and forth automatically Horrible experience Big scam Next time I prefer to fly with layover over this airline They deserve big fine and being prohibited to sell more airplane tickets

Absolute hell
Absolute hell Supposed to be on a flight with them to replace a cancelled BA flight from Sao Paolo Worste decision ever It was delayed by a further 3 5 hours I m still not convinced it will leave Staff very unhelpful condescending and rude Zero refreshment or assistance The connection times were not accurate I angry tired and fed up and I haven t even managed to get on a flight with them yet Do yourself a favour and do not fly with this airline

Fly with anyone else if you can Paid extra for premium Economy The seats were dirty from the previous journey and the in flight service never happened due to the fasten seat belt sign staying on for the entire journey despite no turbulence It seems this was done so the the crew could stand around socialising at the front of the plane eating and drinking from the trolley intended for us They had a great time with no work to do on a nice smooth flight Complaint raised with the airline who dismissed the issues raised really rather rudely Seems it s a good business idea to charge for a service that you don t actually have to provide ice profits in a business model like this Awful

Horrendous customer service
We booked a flight with an itinerary we liked and planned the trip around this The airline then cancelled all of our flights and gave us the option of a refund and cancelling our pre-planned trip or a terrible itinerary requiring longer travel time and an extra day off from work When we asked for some kind of compensation they condescended us and refused Awful customer service

Always delayed
I would give 3 stars but due to the bad response I had of my message to latam I give 1 3 latam flights I got in one trip they were all delayed The capitain never apologised or said the reason as it was very normal All choices of food I asked were not available main course dessert and breakfast Very bad very unprofessional

Poor operation and no business ethic
My luggage went missing for 5 days on a very important adventure to Antarctica with all special gears to keep me survive in that critical weather condition As a result I had to run around to buy some warm clothes and essential items instead of enjoying my free time in Chile After filing the claim for those essential items reimbursement the airlines has denied my case They claimed that those stuffs are for convenience not essential I am questioning the guy who reviewed the claim if he can survive in Antarctica without any clothes shoes or hygiene products I also request him for detail explanation of the denial but he just keeps silent This is so unethical business practice Not sure it caused by incompetence staff or greed but it is not acceptable and unlawful

They canceled my flight and it really didn t work for me and they refused to give me any alternatives They told me I would have to pay 150 if I didn t like what they put me on after they cancel my flight

Their flex plan is laughable Avoid
Their flex plan is laughable You pay extra for added flexibility but then it takes 15 days to cancel a flight and get the Latam points How is that supposed to be flexible Consider renaming it Latam 15 days refund
