After writing a negative review recently of my purchase of Oakley Jawbreaker prescription sunglasses I was contacted by Filippo from RX Sports who has been excellent in dealing with my issues and will be making an offer of an alternative pair of glasses to me On reflection I wish I had contacted RXSports before writing my review as I m sure they would have been very receptive to my problem Unfortunately me having a bad day has had a negative effect on them I can only apologise

Excellent Our customers love us - is the claim on the RXsport UK website Well this one doesn t It took them six and a half weeks to deliver my glasses they claim 1 to 2 weeks If it was some complicated triple-focal multi-coated thin-lens order I probably wouldn t have worried too much but this was a plain pair of untreated lenses in a common Ray-Ban frame Despite their claim of We are committed to keeping you informed if there is likely to be any delay to your order that s written on one of the order updates at no point did their Customer Service Team contact me to keep me informed I had to initiate communication at every point I wanted to know what was happening And at the end of all that I eventually ended up with my Ray-Bans In a colour I didn t order I just wanted them by that point as I need to use them to see Would I use them again Absolutely not Would I recommend them Absolutely not If I could give less than one star I absolutely would

Limited information on clip on lenses Never helpful to tell you which lenses match with what frame Low quality frames and extra charge for return

48 hour delivery has turned into just shy of 2 weeks and the Royal Mail still haven t got it to local area Most definitely don t order stuff last minute for ski holiday will definitely be returning the item

The site stated Prescription Goggle lenses but when I enquired there wasn t prescription lenses but inserts to go inside the lenses When they arrived they were tiny and just created visual obstructions inside my googles

The lenses took about 4 weeks to come As insurance for the World Triathlon Champs I had also ordered lenses from another supplier called extreme eyewear The ones from Extreme came a week faster and were also cheaper The ones from Extreme were also much better packages and came with free clothes and cleaning fluid

I bought a pair of Oakley Carbon Blade prescription sunglasses on 21st February 2023 They arrived within 2 weeks I haven t worn them outside even once and already one of the screws holding one of the lenses in has broken Looking at the return label I can only get a refund on non-prescription glasses Horrible experience and 564 completely wasted avoid RX Sport

Quite poor service THIS time I am a long time customer and had many many pairs of Oakley prescription glasses over the years and never had any issues I have been waiting for some simple parts very reasonably priced might I add for weeks now I email no response and then call only to find partial order has been received but I got the feeling they had no idea about my order That I can live with but for Gods sake please spell my name correctly Both Christian and Surname wrong Not very Professional in my opinion

DO NOT BUY I recently ordered the Oakley BiSphaera Prescription Sunglasses from RX SPORTS and the entire experience has been nothing short of disappointing First after my order was supposedly shipped the glasses never arrived I contacted customer service who apologized and assured me they would send a replacement After waiting another full week the glasses finally arrived but to my shock they appear to be counterfeit The original product images on the RX SPORTS website clearly show the iconic Oakley logo on the nose bridge of this model which is MISSING on the pair I received As easily verified at a local Oakley store the authentic Oakley BiSphaera sunglasses always feature the logo in that spot This has been a highly frustrating experience and I m very disappointed with RX SPORTS for sending a product that does not appear to be genuine I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from RX SPORTS Disappointing

Just got a pair of Anon Nesa no issue with RX Sport but they could state that changing the lens in these goggles is impossible Don t by them total rubbish if you want to use the spare lens Get some Bloc goggles with magnetic change takes seconds feaction of the price
