Sent out glasses using old prescription

Ordered some prescription ski goggles for my husband for an upcoming trip I specified in my order that I would email a photo for them to calculate his pupillary distance - instead they dispatched the glasses made up to my pupillary distance They are unusable and it is now to close to our trip to get replacements Never again

Went on their website to order a snowboarding helmet they showed it as being in stock Ordered it and the money was taken from my account to then receive a call a couple of days later telling me it wasnt in stock but they have other types designs Waste of time and meant I ve only just managed to get the one I want in time for Christmas as its a present

Goods delivered on time At a discounted price and initially all looked good but on closer inspection on Christmas Day there were a lot of scratches on the surface of the goggles Too little time to return them before our ski trip and now that we have used them we can t return them Hugely disappointed and wish we had paid the full price directly to the original manufacturer Oakley and enjoyed the guarantee of 100 quality As the saying goes if it looks too good to be true I won t make this mistake again

I ordered a pair of glasses for cycling following a friend s recommendation The staff were very helpful about choosing the right frame along with a prescription insert I was very pleased when they arrived finding the quality of the prescription and frame to be of a high standard Initially I found that the small nose piece was a bit tight I phoned about this and the staff were helpful about easily rectifying the problem These glasses are just what I wanted at an affordable price

Bolle King sunglasses

I purchased at considerable cost a pair of prescription Bolle sunglasses in May 2018 from my local optician Earlier this year I noticed that the nose bridge inserts had perished worn out As they were out of warranty my optician wasn t interested so I contacted you direct I have been told by your company that replacement bridge inserts are not available and that I need to buy new frames I feel that the level of after sales service has not met my expectations C Carpenter

Worst sunglasses I have bought

Worst sunglasses I have bought I read a few reviews for the best sports sunglasses and they came up so I thought I would give them a go but the nose piece in the centre comes out all the time so they are unwearable Useless James Coakley please send me your email

Fake or refurbished RayBan glasses

I bought a pair of RB4330-CH glasses which I ve just received Immediately after opening the box I noticed the frame was very scratched and the left-side rubber ear pad or whatever those are called was unglued loose Furthermore you could see fingerprint marks on the frame this obviously isn t an issue by itself but with the aforementioned problems it gives me more reasons to think these glasses are not authentic new
