Wouldn t buy again online

To be fair on one hand the glasses were delivered on time and are as expected so there is really nothing to complain about as far as RX Sport are concerned However I have become convinced that buying 450 prescription sunglasses online without trying them on is not a good idea The glasses don t look as good on as I thought they would and since there is no valid reason to return them I ve pretty much wasted 450

Sunglasses looked second hand

Delivery was quick and as expected However the product ray ban sunglasses was not to the standard i d expect On opening the box there were no tags or official stickers on the glasses and the lenses were covered in fingerprints The arms were also slightly bent out of shape on one side This made the sunglasses look second hand After a clean and some fixing on the arm they are ok my initial impression was not a good one though

I would historically have given RX 4-5

I would historically have given RX 4-5 stars but my last order has been delayed 3 times due to various technical logistical issues I thing I paid 2-3 months ago and have been without an essential set of outdoor varifocals which has been extremely inconvenient They do keep me informed on the delays but to be honest after maybe 7-8 years buying maybe 10 pairs of glasses lost broken prescription change I expected more than a 10 discount ref this latest mess up

I ordered some oakley flight deck with prescription lens but when they arrived the prescription was a pop in pair of glasses that sat inside the goggle which i already owned a pair of i was under the impression the whole lens was to be altered to the prescription problem with pop in glasses is that you look beyond these in your periferial vision which is useless whilst skiing

I received my order oakley prism deepwater glasses Good quality BUT the lanyard is too short And there isn t a cleaning implement in the package Which for the price I found disappointing

Nothing wrong with the prescription

Nothing wrong with the prescription glasses I purchased but I am a little surprised that when I then asked if they price matched competitors the person I spoke to didn t want to know there wasn t a chance to even discuss further I ve purchased 2 pairs of prescription glasses at a cost of 800 and various ski goggles with lenses and I would have bought another pair of prescription sunglasses having trodden on some but having found them cheaper elsewhere I m unlikely to buy any more from RxSport now which seems a shame

Ordered a helmet only to be told it was out of stock However this was refunded and the rest of my order was shipped without issue

Bought Maui Jim Sunglasses were a great price but

Sunglasses were a great price and arrived very fast but was sent the wrong case and the sunglasses don t fit in it which makes them vulnerable to damage - disappointing for 180
