improved vision but

I can see much better but even though I paid for the anti fog treatment they do tend to fog up on warmer days They clear quickly if I get some air to them but a little disappointed for the price

Bolle replacement nose piece

The non Bolle replacement nose piece has been fitted with a little difficulty but is OK Disappointing that I did not receive an email concerning you contacting Bolle for an original nose piece replacement

I didn t expect a 2nd lens

I didn t expect a 2nd lens I m thinking of returning them as I don t like the overall look of glasses which is not the same as the web site which is not showing glasses with a 2nd lens

Second time not so great

The first time I used RXSports the lady that dealt with me was excellent and really couldn t do enough to help I went on to use again and sadly the lady had left and in all honesty I got the impression that RXSports wasn t bothered one way or another so didn t bother with a second purchase

Photos not representative

Delivery was quick and customer service were helpful but the sunglasses did not match the description photo I had ordered blue frames but the sunglasses that came were definitely black While the lovely person on the end of the email told me that I had received the correct sunglasses based on RayBan s marketing it was still a disappointment

Failed to Deliver my Original Order

My original order of prescription lenses were not delivered for when I needed them and I was told they failed the quality control test Then a replacement set was not possible and so I was asked to accept a similar but different specification After many weeks from my first order paid up front these arrived No apology no gesture of compensation Even a bottle of wine would have been a nice touch Just something to say sorry

Excellent goggles poor delivery service

The goggles are excellent and at a very competitive price Communication up to order placement and dispatch good Royal Mail tracked 48hrs is not good enough and there were no other dispatch options available such as Evri or DPD I would think twice before ordering again as the p P service was unacceptable for the price

Wrong glasses delivery but in the correct packaging Emailed company and sent a direct message but had no response for 3 4 days Finally managed to speak to someone via telephone and the issue was resolved in a timely manner

Good Price but damaged Box

Good Price but damaged Box - The Bolle ski goggles were good value but the original packaging was damaged which wasn t good as this was a Christmas present As the delivery box was undamaged it suggests the original packaging had been damaged before it was sent out
