My post is regarding the excellent customer service I have received Unfortunately due to no fault of their own my new sunglasses have been lost by Royal Mail I cannot thank Ellie enough who has gone above and beyond in sorting this out New sunglasses have been ordered and I hope to write another positive review once they have been received

Loved the goggles but the customer service was even better Ordered two googles slight issue with one and the response went above beyond my expectation and quickly resolved the issue Would absolutely recommend RX Sport

They save me money and time

I ve used numerous times now and service is always great Recently I needed new replacement prescription lenses for some Oakleys plus a spare set of sunnies and got some great cost saving advice over the phone 5 stars for looking after their customers and top quality products
