Most of the items came within two days there were two items not delivered but a quick phone call problem was resolved and items were delivered two days later This was the first time I had used Ryman s and I would certainly use them again and recommend them to friends and family

I ordered a filing cabinet that was too small for my needs The colleague to whom I spoke on the phone was very helpful and a return refund was expedited promptly It was all done very smoothly

I can usually get what I want need in a reasonably practicable time period Of course it helps if you ask the staff in advance when is a good period to come i e a slack period and does it change with the day of the week This does assume that you have competent staff as exists at most times in Hammersmith and the Totenhsm Court road branches

This time it was fine as it usually is Last time it was not as boxes were damaged and could not be closed ley alone stacked Unfortunately I had not opened them on arrival seeing no reason to do so and there fore had left it too late to complain This tome all was in order as is the usual high standard with Rymans and which I a customer over the years am used to Well done Rymans PS My home is full of your storage boxes
