AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS Abysmal customer service Ordered 10 days before Christmas took them an age to let me know they never actually had the item I ordered took even longer to get them to process a refund Not sure if they are a scam or just plain terrible Please don t make the same mistake I did and steer clear you will only end up out of pocket until you can eventually get them to respond

Will never use again Placed an order costing 150 with express delivery as urgently needed for a very poorly horse they emailed me 3 days later to advise it was out of stock would I like to wait 6 weeks or order an alternative none of the alternatives were in stock anyway They took my money immediately and expect me to wait a week to get it back when the item was never in stock in the first place I ve expressed to them how I feel and they do not care just say the same thing back again Absolutely appalled left with a very sore horse and I cannot afford to purchase elsewhere until I get my refund now

AVOID So disappointing
Ordered a set of polyjumps for a Christmas gift at the beginning of October paid in full and also paid the delivery costs it s now two days before Christmas and no polyjumps I d been emailing them every week and they would say it will be delivered I ll have a very disappointed girl Christmas morning

Really bad waiting for the plaster in
Really bad waiting for the plaster in spray got the tracking number cldnt track it contacted fastway they said no parcel no sign of my address anywhere called old mill saddlery they said they actually never got to send it as sthg happened to the other product I was getting and it was out of stock so they paused the whole process they never checked with me what I wanted to do next my poor injured dog is still waiting for the plaster in spray

If you enjoy being treated badly
If you enjoy being treated badly ignored by staff this is the place for you Went into shop today it wasn t overly busy staff were unhelpful and appeared intimidated by the management Very limited choice of sizes size 14 is largest you could purchase and a thoroughly disappointing visit as always

Emailed as item on the order out of
Company emailed me following an order made last week as item on the order was out of stock for the third time in 3 years Requested whole order cancelled and was told too late as the rest had been despatched yet no order complete confirm as I ve had on previous orders so not convinced that is true I was told to return it when I receive it if I want yet more time this company are sitting on my cash No escalation when requested told to call the shop Very poor experience I understand that not fixing this oversell issue on their website helps their cash flow but very frustrating as a customer Seems priority is wrong Won t be using again

Nothing but hassle ordering from them Customer service has totally gone downhill They don t seem to be able to cope with any volume Delays incorrect items sent and appalling customer service when you try and resolve issues with delay after delay Shop elsewhere

Just ignore you if you report faulty goods
Regarding the purchase of a couple of Horseware turnout rugs the company were super responsive and sent the items quickly However I wasn t particularly happy with the quality of the rugs one of which ripped the first time the horse rolled I contacted old mill for a refund or offered to pay the difference for another style They have ignored me completely after replying to the original email I have loads of horseware rugs and never had them rip at all Poor customer service
