Bendy carrots

The website is easy to use Deliveries always on time Delivery drivers are polite and friendly Delivery pass is worth having I make the most of Nectar offers and Nectar prices The negatives are being sent sort-life products I have no control over for example last week coleslaw with use by date the following day so that was rejected Some substitutions are strange The quality of vegetables delivered are not always the quality I expect from Sainsburys - bendy carrots that are only fit for the bin Baking potatoes which are too small to use as baking potatoes The pepper I received this morning was badly damaged - squashed Where possible I prefer to go in store to purchase fruit and vegetables

Generally ok for Home Deliveries

I use Sainsburys as my regular delivery grocer Generally ok but most often at least one item ordered is not available and a substitute is offered Prices are generally acceptable but are considerably higher than Lidl and Aldi Quality of items including many own brand items is good

Outstanding

Sainsbury s is amazing with the selection of groceries they have online which is where I order most Nectar has helped me a lot and even without the groceries I need many are within my nectar selection I also like certain items that other stores don t have especially my pomegranate molasses that I drizzle on my kefir with a selection of fruit I cutup apples bananas and sable grapes then a sprinkle of pumpkin sunflower seeds that I also purchase from Sainsbury s YUM Thank you Sainsbury s

The online ordering is easy to use and

The online ordering is easy to use and the selection and Nectar offers are good There is usually a booking slot that is available at my preferred time and deliveries are reliable with friendly helpful drivers The only negatives I have are that a lot of the fresh fish and meat etc may only have 3 or4days life max Given that you cant refreeze fish you are limited as to when to eat it I feel that the shorter dates are given to online shoppers and instore shoppers get the longer dates

Very satisfied

Sainsburys deliver my order and I rarely have items unavailable The delivery men and ladies are always on time and very helpful I have Savers Slot and have email telling me which hour my order will arrive I always order loose carrots and sweet potatoes but can be very small or very large on arrival I am more than happy with the service Sainsburys provide from ordering to delivery

I have been a Tesco customer for many

I have been a Tesco customer for many years but due to constant cancelling of my home delivery I decided to give Sainsbury s a try I have now had 3 deliveries from them all of which have been very good availability and very polite and helpful delivery srivers

Reliable service delivered efficiently

The delivery drivers are pleasant polite and helpful They always arrive within the parameters agreed or phone to discuss slight ammendments eg if they are a little early The quality of the produce has been very good my only grumble would be some of the produce has been damaged due to poor packing Some fruit may be bruised or eggs broken Overall I am well satisfied and will continue with service It is hugely helpful to me

I have been doing online shopping with Sainsbury s since the pandemic for myself and my elderly mother which I have been extremely pleased with 9 10 delivery staff are polite friendly helpful Whenever there has been an issue which is rare it has always been dealt with resolved quickly and efficiently Therefore I am very happy

New store

I assume you mean my visit to the new store not my weekly online shop I found the new store to be large well equipped It was well designed with more sensibly sized parking bays than most rivals The staff were helpful when needed but otherwise unobtrusive Overall an enjoyable e4xperience

On the whole I m very happy

On the whole I m very happy with online shopping but I get frustrated when items I want aren t available online but I can buy them in store Also I get annoyed when for instance packaged apples are bruised I appreciate staff have to work quickly but surely fruit veg eggs could be checked over before being sent out
