Once again I received a phone call saying my payment for that days order had failed Once again I went through the rigmarole and of course the payment went through immediately A few minutes later I got an email about the earlier payment issue and saying to ignore the message if I had already been in touch

A Disgraceful Experience at Sainsbury s A Step Backwards for Customer ServiceI am writing on behalf of my elderly mother Today my 85-year-old mother faced an unacceptable ordeal at Sainsbury s Leigh With not a single checkout staff in sight she was left to struggle with a cumbersome trolley through the self-service maze Standing becomes a challenge for her yet the store s solution was a solitary indifferent self-service assistant In a scene that would strike a chord of disbelief a fellow shopper who was himself a one-legged man observed the glaring necessity for assistance my mother was denied This isn t just poor service it s a national embarrassment Sainsbury s in their drive towards efficiency and profit has forsaken basic human decency expecting customers of all ages to fend for themselves Shameful

Atrocious unhelpful customer service

Recently changed from ocado to sainsburys as my now partner told me how amazing sainsburys were I have had reason to call customer service on 3 occasions now regarding missing items from my orders and I just cannot believe the way in which sainsburys talk to their customers or indeed resolve the query All I can say is urgent training is needed

Beware of the mould

My local Sainsbury s Castle Vale have got a very odd idea of the meaning of fresh Often the loose parsnips carrots and sweet potatoes are stale I have actually seen mould growing on them I also object to being hearded into a cattle grid which you can t get out of without proving that you are not a thief I am not a thief or a chicken or a sheep or a cow

I am a 70 year old disabled woman with a terminal condition I live in a flat on the 3rd floor without a lift and ask on my order for the driver to please bring my order to the door The last shop I received the driver was rude and abusive as he did not want to bring my order up the stairs As a lifelong customer at Sainsbury I now find myself unable to go to a store and I was very upset and disappointed

Awaited my delivery this Thursday 21 3 24 between 9 30 10 30 Nothing so phoned at 10 45 only to be told that order cancelled and unable to reorder as no stock and store closed on Friday Then on Friday at 12 44 received email with 10 voucher for inconvenience Very poor service I e not advising earlier so that other arrangements could be made

click and collect was compromised by your computers I understood that but although your site said deliveries where not going to happen it didn t make it clear that click and collect wasn t going to happen I know it was likely but it should have been made clear That said I like Sainsbury s quality of food so for now you will keep my loyalty xx i

Feeling fragile and let down by sainsburys

Last weekend when our shopping wasn t delivered Despite being elderly and vulnerably we were given no warning and no explanation neither were we able to contact Sainsbury by phone In the evening we were sent an email saying our delivery had been cancelled and that we would have to place a new order on Sunday and request a new delivery date Meanwhile being ill we were left with no food and no help I see abso utely no reason why Sainsbury needed to have left us and probably many others completely without help I find their attitude uncaring and a tualkybquite callous Eventually we were sent a 10 voucher which will not work on line so is completely useless to us
