Great service

I have been a regular Sainsburys customer for about 40 years and for the last 5 years or so I have had weekly deliveries through online shopping Throughout this time I have received excellent service and have had almost nothing to complain about The recent software problem that caused a delivery to be cancelled was rectified very quickly and I was able to book another delivery promptly I appreciated the 10 payment that was made to customers and I have every confidence that Sainsburys will continue to me excellent service Bryan WilliamsLongwell GreenBristol

Home delivery from sainsburys we ve had for sometime we ve had times when some items were unavailable due to suppliers but overall suppling all goods The delivery drivers are helpful and courteous

Good Quality products

I have shopped at Sainsbury s for years since the pandemic i have my shopping delivered Although i do think some of the products are a little more expensive than other supermarkets the quality is better

I have a ho me delivery every week The products are always in great condition with good dates Only once had something with not a later date which the delivery driver took back and refunded my money Always very pleasant delivery drivers Great nectar prices and personal prices which save you money Very fresh and very hardly have any substitutes If you do Sainsbury give you a money off voucher for the difference in price for the next week If you shop wisely you can save quite a bit Being a pensioner have to watch every penny Find Sainsbury s is good products and good value especially their own products You don t have to worry about quality Anytime I have had to speak to customer service they totally understand and fix whatever the situation might be Good customer contact when required

Very reliable grocery deliveries with Sainsbury s

We have been having our groceries delivered by Sainsbury s for over 4 years and found them to be very reliable Their drivers are always pleasant and the orders are generally complete with occasional substitutions The nectar offers are also very good

Stressfree

Every thing was delivered with a good shelf life and accurate to my list No stressful trip to supermarket with traffic to contend with and trying to find where sections have been moved to in supermarket along with lots of other disgruntled customers

Brilliant delivery service

The delivery was on time and very pleasant we live on the first floor but he carried it u the stairs no problem we have had deliveries in the last month and the drivers were all very friendly and helpful My husband is disabled and i had made a note on the delivery instructions Great service

From start to delivery is brilliant and very helpful The delivery people are fantastic brings into my flat and helps me unpack As a 82 yr old not very good with technology it has been very easy to order my shopping
