Two weeks running Zi have done on line

Two weeks running Zi have done on line shopping with Sainsbury s using gift vouchers for payment Both occasions they were unable to supply my full order which resulted in a refund Both times I have been left begging for the refunds due Still waiting shame on Sainsbury s

Simply dreadful

Second week in succession that we have had an issue with an online click and collect order - last week national outage this week an issue with payment card despite adequate funds in account and bank confirming Sainsbury made no effort to take money Customer service just shrug and say yeah When eventually picking up the order discovered that items were packed very badly with damage to a number of them Again customer service online appear not to care shockingly poor

Uncaring inflexible customer service

Uncaring inflexible customer service for online orders They had sent me a 12 voucher which due to a technical fault in their app was removed from my final order by their system without warning Rather than acknowledging this and refunding me the amount they said I had to do another shop with Sainsbury s and then I would get the 12 voucher So I had to spend even more to get the 12 they offered me I tried to explain to their customer service agent and I m not sure she was even human - very bot like as she said no repeatedly

I used to have no issues with your home

I used to have no issues with your home delivery service but the past orders that I ve placed have been terrible For starters you don t seem to have Ll items available your drivers get lost because apparently the GPS is telling them to go elsewhere or what s worse yiu don t even deliver my order but take payment from my account and make waste my day waiting for something that won t turn up and don t have the courtesy to let me know just terrible service

No returnable item had been returned

Bought a toilet seat Argos inside Sainsburys Ordered online to collect in store Once home it was obvious the box had been opened and taped back up The smaller box inside with the fittings etc had also been opened Toilet seats are a non returnable item it says so clearly on the description so how come i was given a returned one

Crap service

Items not available online Items delivered that were going out of date on the day of delivery delivery driver moaning that I wouldn t take the items that were going out of date that day Delivery driver damaged my daughter s car with his trolley thing Sainsbury s didn t want to know passed me around various different departments to try and deal with this Eventually were put on to their solicitors who haven t even had the courtesy to acknowledge my email complaint Shocking company

Total disaster

Total disaster Got texts saying delivery would be between 21 00 and 22 00 but emails said major problems and likely no delivery due to some problem at Sainsburys Sure enough no delivery happened Disgraceful No compensation or vouchers had to order from elsewhere more reliable won t be using Sainsburys again for home delivery No care for customer service

Very unsatisfied with the nectar app as it always says Oops we can t show all of you transactions right now We are working to fix please come back later on iPad Nothing ever happens or something went wrong We re working to resolve it please try in 30 seconds Nothing ever happens You can not get into Sainsbury s offers for this weeks offers as it s shows last weeks offers or your Nectar prices available online It appears the IT department at Sainsbury Nectar are under achieving in there objectives to make this app work properly Am very dissatisfied these problems can t be addressed and rectified by such a big National Company

Awful website Incompetent pickers

The website is awful it jumps and freezes takes an eternity to get an order placed Ordered 3 x Tomato juice and got 1 Tomato Juice and 2 Orange Juice as same coloured box it wasn t a substitute to make matters worse the local Sainsburys to us don t stock Tomato juice If things don t improve it will be time for a change

Once again abandoned a full weeks shop

Once again abandoned a full weeks shop in the Barnwood store Gloucester due to their usual dismal customer service One check out open and twelve customers with full shops waiting This at 2 30pm during the school holidays Having complained in the past about same problem they replied that customers preferred self check outs Drove to Tesco and they managed to have six check outs open Obviously less discerning customers lol Finished with Sainsbury s
