Have shopped with Sainsbury s for years but since Covid and my inability to walk I now shop on line which is wonderful It s very rare they do not have what I want but they always offer a good substitute if not There drivers are always very polite and helpful Would not want to shop anywhere else

Having mobility issues I find my Sainsbury s weekly delivery a godsend The delivery pass is very inexpensive it would cost us far more in petrol over a month to drive to supermarket I am able to add or deduct from my order and I am well informed of any substitutions or short date items both of these are minimal I ve never been disappointed with the quality of the items i purchase Delivery drivers very polite and helpful I am a very satisfied customer on all aspects of my weekly shop

The ordering app Is easy to use and I am accustomed to it after a long time using it Delivery is timely a usually with a very friendly driver delivery person I occasionally visit a store and this experience is also fine

We have done online delivery with Sainsburys for almost 11 years brilliant What s not to love Quality food delivered to your door by pleasant drivers Easy to order on the App and few if any substitutions

Excellent Products and service with online shopping at Sainsburys

I have been having my groceries delivered by Sainsburys for 13 years A fantastically convenient way to shop Their products are excellent and the majority of the time have several days - best before - date on them The drivers are very helpful and punctual I also appreciate the way I am trusted as a customer and if on the very rare occasion I need to contact them about an item that is not as fresh as it should be - then without question the price of that item will be refunded I definitely recommend Sainsburys for in store and online shopping

Ordering online was easy Lots of delivery slots were available around the time I wanted delivery Delivery was on time and efficient and all goods ordered were present One of the items was subject to a product recall and I got an email promptly telling me of that with clear instructions on how to return the product The return process was simple

My experience with Sainsburys grocery shopping has always been easy to do I am one of your disabled customers and as such your online service is brilliant the delivery staff are always very helpful and friendly and have always been lovely with me I don t know if I can particularly mention one called Nick who is great and really likeable Congratulations to Sainsburys all round

I have a regular weekly grocery delivery from Sainsbury s I also have a mid-week delivery pass which is good value The products are really good quality and prices compare well to other food retailers The delivery drivers are friendly and helpful The nectar scheme has really helped with my food budget
