We ve been shopping online with Sainsbury s for quite a while now Their website is perfect for navigating around the different isle s searching for what you want There are always a good amount of time slots available Excellent selection of food and various other products from cleaning supplies pet products to hair and beauty etc The checkout is secure We ve always found the delivery drivers to be very polite helpful and courteous I highly recommend Sainsbury s online shopping Quality products at affordable prices

I have been shopping at Sainsbury s for well over 30 years First by going into stores and since illness struck by online deliveries All the staff are really kind and helpful - and the range of products is extensive Fresh meats are always reliable and fresh fruit and vegetables are of a high quality and freshness Sainsbury s has been my main or supermarket - and a true lifeline - for me and my family

I do my weekly shop online I find that on the whole I get everything I order If Items are substituted then you are given the option whether to accept Without fail all of the delivery staff are polite and friendly and eager to help if needed I have been using the online shopping service for over seven years and apart from a couple of odd substitutes dog biscuits instead of digestive biscuits everything is is great

The delivery service is great no problems most of the time comes before my time slot The delivery drivers are polite friendly and very helpful The shopping is for my mother who has Alzheimer s and all the drivers are very considerate The website can sometimes be a bit slow when ordering and the email confirmations lately have taken hours to come through This is not to much of a problem as you can see your order in your account On the whole I would recommend the home delivery service

Outstanding Customer Service

I was shopping in my local Sale branch and was really impressed with the young male check out in a wheelchair He quickly helped me sort my problem out he was very helpful friendly and knowledgeable nothing was too trouble I also noticed how speedily he was in assisting both self service check out single handedly He is definitely an ambassador for your organization and I felt compelled to write this review I would like ask for the gap between the two checkout areas to be widened for all staff and customers who use wheelchairs I hope that will be addressed quickly that would make me happy

An excellent service shopping without the hassle

The easiest way to do the shopping without leaving the house I have been having a weekly order from Sainsburys since lockdown and have been very impressed by the service they provide If any item is not available a substitute is sent which can be returned if not suitable and if more expensive a voucher given The drivers are always polite and helpful

Improved delivery and dates

While Sainsbury store doesn t have everything I need all the time I have to say that dates have improved in other words there is now a longer date life on most items especially milk However to date I can t fault the delivery drivers who are so helpful and will bring the delivery in to my kitchen I can t lift anything heavy and will occasionally help me unload They are all kind and considerate

All items arrived with 2 substitutes

All items arrived with 2 substitutes amongst them of which 1 was okayand the Driver took the 2nd one back for me The Driver was also very informative about this Good use by dates on all items The only thing i would like to see again is for Sainsburys to send a text message notifying you of what is arriving and what isn t as i cannot always get on my computer to find out and then when i do there is no message there either so this would be a Big Help

I really like sainburys because the staff are so lovely and helpful I have a disability which means when I shop I need to borrow the mobility scooter The staff are so great that they help me pack my shopping and let me bring the scooter to the car which other supermarkets don t allow this makes me go to Sainsburys rather than any other supermarkets The staff are all so amazing lovely and great

Want an easier life Choose Sainsbury online

I ve been shopping online at Sainsburys for several years now and am very impressed with the service I have received Usually they have everything I order If I am not satisfied with the quality of an item they take it back and refund it with a smile Their substitutions are thoughtful and sensible and their delivery timing is excellent Sainsburys has made my life easier
