What great customer service from Harryson My plumber diagnosed my pump as DEAD after installing 9 months ago My plumber made me chase Salamander and they were only too happy put it under warranty no questions asked They talked me through diagnosing the problem and were very supportive to resolving my issue as quickly as possible I would like to thank my plumber for abandoning me but Harryson saved the day

Pump replaced under warranty

After 4 years of use our Shower Pump started playing up After a few photos of the installation and retroactively registering the S N Salamander are sending us a new pump as a replacement Excellent customer care - thank you Allyson for helping us out

Our pump failed just out of guarantee Our installer suggested we contact salamander as he knows they are reputable and offer good customer service We duly did and spoke to Allyson who told us exactly what to do and emailed us instructions for the fitter to do for us I am pleased to say a replacement pump arrived shortly afterwards and touch wood we are now enjoying proper showers again Thank you so much Allyson for your professionalism and support during this process

Reliable professional and friendly

All the support staff at Salamander are really professional They have detailed knowledge of their products and understand that customers need reliable guidance If they are unsure they tell you and check with a colleague - they don t try to bluff Contacting them is easy and the experience is friendly and always patient On matters of payments and rebates they are completely trustworthy transparent and fast On site the plumber was methodical and expert I wish all companies would be like this

My original plumber put in a Salamander

My original plumber put in a Salamander pump for shower and it lasted two years I got him back to fix it when it stopped after two years Had to pay for a new one as warranty had not been given to me he installed a new one and that lasted a year This time I had the warranty and salamander sent their expert who reported that the plumber had ignored the 50 litres of cold water needed to run the pump So new plumber fitted an extra water tank and the pump and all is solved Salamander were very good about the whole procedure

I recently had a problem with a pump i bought about a year ago I wrote to Salamander and received a very swift response from Charlotte and an equally prompt call back from Helen who provided a very acceptable solution Many thanks to Salamander for enabling their team to react positively and sympathetically Very impressive and somewhat unusual in today s environment but much appreciated
