Just been in touch with the technical team regarding a pressure reading on my system that didn t seem to be correct spoke with Niraj who went out of his way to help he managed to pick his way through the settings and readings that I was throwing at him and diagnosed the issue Many thanks Niraj for not only helping me out but for talking to me like a human being Brilliant service

Monsoon pump - excellent service

I have a Stuart Turner Monsoon pump that is over 20 years old On the few occasions when I have had a problem I have rung for technical advice and always received excellent service from advisors who really know their product On the 2 most recent occasions different faults - it is a very old pump I have spoken to Hannah who has been brilliant She is very friendly and helpful and on both occasions she gave me very clear technical advice that allowed me to resolve the problems Can t speak too highly of Stuart Turner Pumps

I contacted Stuart Turner and spoke with Jason as my power shower pump had stopped working Jason talked me through the various stages of testing the pump to try and diagnose my problems With the clever use of a magnet of all things we determined that the pump was working and the problem was a water supply issue to the shower unit Brilliant explanation of what was wrong and how to remedy it Well done Jason

I contacted Stuart Turner about an issue with a Monsoon water pump The technical support Jason Acock gave was excellent showing deep knowledge and also patience to understand what the issue could be A troubleshooting guide was emailed and the problem diagnosed and a solution ordered and dispatched the same day Part fitted and pump running Excellent people and service attitude Many Thanks

On a recent project we had installed a pump from Stuart Turner unfortunately something went wrong As it turns out the issue was with the installation not the pump being faulty What is great testament to a good company is how they handle things when they do invariably go wrong Richard handled our call faultlessly Whilst it was our installation that was to blame Richards whole focus was on getting us the right solution and arming us with the full information He went above and beyond taking time out to call us so we didn t have to wait to get through to him returning calls and emails with priority Excellent customer service

Fabulous shower pump advice from Richard

I spoke to Richard this morning and he gave me such good advice and answered numerous questions Following incorrect advice given by a retailer Richard immediately identified my current issue and I need a Universal pump as my positive head pump doesn t work properly as the water tank is slightly lower than my shower head Richard explained the differences between the Showermate and Monsoon pumps and again gave great balanced advice He also advised me to send him photos of the pipework etc from my water cylinder I ve decided to buy a Monsoon Universal Twin Pump 1 5 Bar Thanks Richard

This is the level of service that other companies need to aspire to My experience has been astonishing from start to finish Richard Freeman picked up my initial call walked me through the potential problem and emailed me very clear instructions on how to possibly remedy the issue Alas that didn t work and a subsequent phone and then video call so he could see the location and set-up of the pump lead to him proposing that he send out a completely new replacement for the existing Whilst the product is still under guarantee the likely cause of the failure is lack of sufficient use - my fault not Stuart Turner s Fabulous service and thanks very much Richard Freeman Platinum service gratefully received Neil Lupton

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I was trying to figure out why my hot water cylinder was draining so quickly and I was only getting about 4 minutes of hot water in my shower I called customer support and spoke with Richard Freeman who spent at least half an hour with me even doing a video call so he could see how my whole system was plumbed - and he even stayed on with me while I ran the shower so he could observe the pumps operation and time how long it took for the hot water to run out Excellent customer service - which is so difficult to find these days Hang on to Richard Stuart Turner - and give him a raise He s a keeper

I had a problem with a pump which was still under warranty Emily K was very helpful through our initial telephone conversation and subsequent email correspondence After providing her with photos of the pipework she accepted my warranty claim and supplied a new pump She was very professional and courteous with excellent customer care skills Thank you Emily and Stuart Turner
