The flooring is a beautiful colour

Would have been 5 stars but could not track the order and laminate arrived with one carrier and the skirting by another also could not find Threshold bars on the web site

The flooring is a beautiful colour it s unfortunate that some of the flooring doesn t click in properly leaving it weak in places I ve been laying flooring for 20 yrs

Ordered Harbour Oak Laminate from saleflooringdirect I didn t receive the flooring on the promised date as the company ran out of stock of this popular laminate and this would merit 3 stars from me but I m giving a 4 star merit because of the fantastic customer service from Denise Allan who updated me weekly by phone and email of when the laminate will be in stock Denise was very helpful what you need when things don t go to plan Thanks Denise Graham

Quick and lovely

The laminate seems good quality as I ve not put it down yet Only downfall was it was delivered on a pallet which was left for me to dispose of Was delivered a day earlier than expected and was only good luck that I was at home considering the companies delivery policy

Good value and reasonable service

Flooring was delivered quickly and the laminate was exactly what we wanted for a really good price Only issue being how difficult the company are to get hold of as their number when dialled states that you have dialled an incorrect number

The office were very polite and helpful

Ok so after a rocky start all turns out well thanks to a call I received today from a lovely lady at Sales Flooring Direct So the positives are price quality of product and quick delivery These outweigh the minor downsides but you do need to trust the company regarding delivery The downsides Standard weekday delivery is any week day It seems there is a disconnect regarding communication from the delivery company to the customer I can t complain though because I received my delivery within 48hrs Make sure you order slightly more than necessary The supplier will break your order down to individual boards IE you get exactly what you pay for Finally the pallet stays with you So all has turned out well and the only real niggly issue is lack of communication regarding delivery

Received faulty flooring

The office were very polite and helpful and you got to actually talk to someone which was nice The flooring arrived quickly and for the price I paid it s very good quality I shall definitely use them again if I do anymore rooms in my home The only downside was I didn t get a message from the driver which I was meant to to say when he was arriving that s why only 4 stars but overall I m extremely happy with my purchase

Good quality laminate

Received faulty flooring but didn t realise until it was laid so had to pay the fitter to take it up examine each piece cut affected pieces and relay Contacted sale flooring direct who admitted faulty batch and would refund Refund process was slow but received refund for half price paid

Laminate floor delivery The product arrived on time and I happy with it altho

Good quality laminate and got underlay more than I needed Was a bit nervous after reading so many bad comments but I feel pretty lucky Just one thing don t pay for Saturday delivery as you probably gonna get goods only on Monday or Tuesday because the delivery company they are using does not work on weekends

Good price speedy delivery

The product arrived on time altho therecwas a 3 day window for arrival for which I had to b home so having more specific time wld b better Also concerned that in terms it stated that pallet of floor laminate wld b unloaded at roadside nr property then my responsibility I live alone and disabled and property about 50m from roadside However the driver very helpful and brought it up to my doorway
