The delivery service was extremely poor 2 packs arrived damaged the delivery courier was very rude on the phone and left the pallet exactly where I didn t want it to be for safety reasons They also didn t notify me of the day it was coming so I could not be ready ahead he just called when he was at the door For a delivery this size it is simply very poor and I would like a reimbursement for the 2 damaged packs

I have tried contacting this company in several ways but not having any luck I received my order promptly but a box of flooring was damaged contacted them no response The floor has been down and is of a very poor quality the flooring is marked so easily and looks dreadful never had this issue with laminate flooring I ve had previously Really unhappy and still cannot get hold of anyone

My package arrived damaged No communication as to when it was being delivered either I called and was told I d get a call back re when first package was going to arrive Sent damaged package back with pictures emailed and was told I d get a call back which didn t happen I ll update with new review once I receive the new delivery

Flooring was weeks late beading got delivered a week after flooring had to cancel the floor fitter twice phoned company not even a small discount for all the hassle bad company to deal with do yourself a favour stay away and go elsewhere

25 of reviews for the company are 1 star and clearly for a reason Ordered the floor specifically from them as they offered next day delivery at the cost of 49 99The sent me an email saying my order had been shipped and 10 minutes later called me to they wouldn t be able to deliver it on time it would be 3 days later and offered me 10 refund lol Weirdly the lady who spoke to me had a man coaching her through every word so strange Also some the product pictures on their website are of the lowest quality very hard to see the products Wouldn t order from them againEdit following reply I think more importantly is the fact you are yet to refund my money it s been 13 days

hi all purchase carefully from these people products are poor to mediocre in quality Delivered items are more often than not damaged out of 4 separate orders 3 arrive damaged whilst the companies replaced 2 orders the third damaged delivery order complaints has remained ignored I completed the job with the damaged parts and clever carpentry In summarise if you want cheap flooring for a rental property and you can are able to collect then go for it else try another supplied and pay a tad more

Monday Originally went to website that said was in stock in London rd branch as I was in the east end I placed order and was on my way to collect when I got a phone call to tell me it would be in the following week I then went on to the website and booked next day delivery Another phone call they couldn t do next day delivery it would be the day after I had a customer waiting and a full diary in the run up to Christmas Wednesday phoned at 1500 to say nothing had arrived I had changed family arrangements to be able to get my customer sorted out but no delivery came around 1630 I got a phone call saying the driver was delayed but it would either be very late or the next day Thursday tried to move jobs forward to give me time to fit finally arrived at 1500 with split packaging Customer was not available then Finally got round to getting the job done three weeks late I could not charge the customer due to the disruption Paid extra for next day delivery no one has came back to me to offer any support discount compensation Complete waste of space

Delivery was late after paying near 80 for the pleasure The wrong coloured beading delivered with the flooring and after sending through the information requested to rectify this it s been complete radio silence

12 packs of laminate flooring dump on footpath with no cover and wasn t told when this delivery was coming day or rough time so my wife wasn t best pleased carrying these indoors whilst I was at work absolutely rubbish would not recommend flooring direct

Rubbish communication never got told when my delivery was arriving it just got dumped on the side of the road disgusting would not recommend to anyone
