Very poor after sales with this company I asked to return the beading I ve got from them with my Floor and they are refusing to take it back because I am a few days over the 30 day policy Very unfortunate for this company as we would ve used them a lot for a Projects It does make me laugh companies like this They could ve had a customer for many years who is in real estate and has many projects but unfortunately I will find someone who is more accommodating and has better customer service

Ordered flooring a week in advance of delivery choice date did not arrive on the day Had to contact them to find out when delivered and they could not locate the flooring we were told it would arrive the next day eventually Next day arrives and again no update had to contact the company and the depot company ourselves multiple phone calls before anyone could help locate our flooring Informed we can collect the parcel which is a total of a 55 mile round trip which we took 2 days after expected delivery date by hiring a van Have emailed for a refund of delivery 11 days ago chased 6 days ago and still no response Do not recommend as a company

Stay away from this company Their customer service is subpar While most panels on their website clearly indicate that the price is per square meter their promotional prices deliberately mislead customers by suggesting that it s the price per pack They send a reduced amount of goods claiming that the ordered items were in square meters Compared to other stores their promotional prices end up being much more expensive but that seems to be their strategy to deceive and profit off customers Instead of receiving the ordered 13 packs I received 13 square meters which is equivalent to only 7 5 packs After speaking with customer service I was informed that I could return the goods at my own expense or pay extra to receive the remaining amount I had already paid for They send goods in opened packaging yet they refuse to accept returns for opened items

Probably the single most awful company to deal with ever Avoid at all costs Had paid for Saturday delivery over 60 which never got delivered I had to wait 5 weeks and call over 15 times to get my money back Totally rubbish customer service and terrible company overall If I could give any advice- spend the extra money and go somewhere reliable because this company is far from that

Bad Experience with this company very late delivery quality of flooring very bad Hardwood banana type - non straight planks No communication after few emails they have blocked my email address so all emails was bouncing back They did not have any idea where is the flooring which I have order The delivery company which they use is super useless I have phone them few times as well with no answer I would avoid this company for future orders and I am sorry I did not read the other reviews before

Flooring just didn t turn up 2 dates came and went 2 weeks in my refurb schedule lost No reason given other than it s been dispatched I lost the will to live waiting and purchased from somewhere else Not to be trusted wouldn t recommend or use again

I am trying to get a response to my request for their CEO details I have been refused this information my emails are being ignored I do not understand what the issue is and why they are seemingly preventing me making contact with this person I want to sort out my issue and I am not satisfied with what I have been advised thus far This is both a fair and reasonable request My one star review is based on their customer care

Awful experience I placed a order on the 23rd July we are now on the 10th August and still no delivery even though I ve had a email 4 days ago to say it s been shipped I ve emailed twice and got no response also called up to be told the flooring I ve ordered wasn t even in Stock when I placed the order really not happy would not recommend

The worst customer service in the world disgraceful attitude they lie after lie Ordered flooring and paid 36 for delivery slot and the flooring never turned up when I inquired on day 2 the sales lady rang up the courier who then phoned me within 5 mins and said they are on their way no one turned up this happen again the next day delivery arrived 3 days late and when questioned I was told tuff read out T C s Warning please do not use these guys
