Absolutely amazing service I really wanted to receive the floor on Monday as I was working from home that day I phoned SFD and explained the situation They despatched goods on Thursday hoping that would be the best bet to have the delivery on Monday The floor arrived as planned I was well pleased with the service

For the second time I have ordered flooring from you - on this occasion I had to make sure a delivery was not made on a certain day and so I spoke to the customer service dept who arrange a specific day to suit which was fantastic- as before fantastic flooring Would recommend to anyone looking for flooring

I received a seconded which is damaged

I received a seconded which is damaged and i am unable to get any response This additional order is needed to finish my floor I have now been contacted and they have offered to make things right I understand these things can be damaged in transistor but was becoming anxious when i was unable to get in touch with seller I had a workman on call at the same time All has been rectified and my floor will be complete Thank you very much
