Good experience overall

Made to feel welcome attended to quickly Customer lounge rather sparse lacking in facilities - free coffee biscuits but not a welcoming seating area Sales handled by Liam who was informative friendly helpful Sean advised on technical issues - what he doesn t know about Mercedes cars is not worth knowing Jason in charge of after sales is friendly very efficient - highly recommended Overall a pleasant experience felt that efforts were successful in making me feel like a valued customer

Very pleasant high calibre sales and support staff with excellent knowledge of their cars Also in our case a very good offer on a CLA35 PREMIUM PLUS and fair PX Only negative was on payment where a clearer presentation of options via The Trustly Group would have been useful Both Mimi and John Weymouth were extremely helpful MD

Overall good experience I waited for an update on car software which took longer than anticipated but I was not informed of this additional time nevertheless I felt that they were all knowledgeable and courteous and had a good business lounge

Overall a good experience let down by preparation

I was keen to buy a nearly new second hand Mercedes but was not entirely sure which model to go for The local dealership helped me make an informed decision by discussing my options and allowing me to test drive some of their cars I found the salesman was knowledgable polite and courteous Eventually I settled on a car at one of their other dealerships As this was many miles away it was transported to the local dealership where I could test drive it I found that the car was acceptable and agreed to buy it in part exchange for my old Jaguar On the day I collected it all was well except the car was still registered via MercedesMe nothing to do with DVLA to its former owner This meant that the former owner could externally monitor and partially control the car via the MercedesMe App It also meant that I could only log into the car s infotainment system MBUX as a guest and therefore had limited access to update some of its functionality It did not stop me driving the car away It took a couple of days for the dealership Mercedes to remedy this The only reason I did not award 5 stars was because of the hole in the car s preparation for delivery Whoever reset the car s infotainment system at the dealership did not notice that the car was still registered to its former owner Had they noticed this they could have contacted Mercedes to have the former owner deregistered and thereby avoid the issues I experienced I politely suggest the dealship should add this to the things they check and resolve if necessary before delivery of second hand Mercedes

Great car purchase

The entire purchase experience was fairly straightforward The sales person I delt with Matt was welcoming friendly and knowledgeable He made sure I was comfortable through every stage of the documentation On the day of collection he run through the basic functions of the car and made sure I was happy He made follow up contact to ensure everything was going well

Good service

I went to the first car dealer store and met the first salesperson I didn t do any research before I went there The salesperson introduced the car according to my requirements He only showed me one car and I bought it I haven t driven for a long time he was patient and taught me to have a test drive He delivered the car to my home because I was not confident about driving It was very efficient it only took me two days to finish the whole process he even helped me to buy insurance and road tax Save me a lot of time

We had a problem with a trim fault on

We had a problem with a trim fault on our new car however this was agreed to be corrected when the new part arrives from the Manufacturer Some Dealers would say it s a used car with an age related fault and would not agree to correct it Craig the General Sales Manager was most helpful and apologized and agreed to correct the problem Excellent service once again thank you Sandon
