Awful

I sent amount to my account and after one day money just goneTech support is not responding all 3 channels of communication phone mail live chat doesnt work actually Hey Scalable Capital may I ask what s going on

Severe stress caused by the technical setup

The NVIDIA stock split issue is amazing Firstly company allows credit via baader bank Then screws up the Nvidia split causing my overdraft balance to become a liability Now it has sent me an email instructing me to pay the due amount immediately as it is my legal responsibility to settle the amount God for bid the baader bank will be charge some additional interest because if the company s overdraft Yesterday there was a message instructing the stock split error and informing that shares could be sold manually if i sent and email to stated account I sent 3 emails zero confirmation or zero response Just 24 hours made me hate disgust the company from loving it It is such a sad situation Although number of customer would be low with my situation credit Nvidia stock split but if you out there know that it is not alone

I ve requested the withdrawal of my money on my account 2 weeks 8 banking days ago It s still pending and there is no explanation why I cannot get a hold of customer support After this transaction - if ever successful - I will leave scalable capital for good No other bank or no other service using Baader Bank which seems to be the problem anyway maybe they could learn from Trade Republic a thing or two takes longer than two business days for a transfer

They won t send my phone 2FA sms

They won t send my phone an sms for verification i keep asking the costumer service and they keep sending me an automatic mail that is completely unrelated I can t even open an account for 2 weeks Worst costumer service ever Live chat doesn t even work and phone call is only in german Edit After almost a month they still couldn t fix the 2FA verify code My phone still doesn t receive the code and they are making 2FA mandatory this month I will update if there is any change

can not recommend

After selling it takes several days till you can pay out your money No instant bank transfer possible Tax exemption ignored for months Support unresponsive and flat out lies

Dont waste your time if you are not EU

Dont waste your time if you are not EU citizenship and do not have residence permit yet They are unable to verify with passport and work visa the only way to get verified is with eu id or residence permit which takes months to get and should be done a few months before the visa expires Wasted too much of my time trying to get verified go for another broker

Very bad costumer service responds

Very slow costumer service responds It takes 2 weeks to reply any case or email Slow Pending process for anything especielly Pay out for more than 3 days to get cleared Scalable with unprofessional Baader bank cultures like to claim for Debit Return although the money is actually been debited from our bank I already got 3x and all has no dispute solutions Just blindly claim customer mistakes

Service level and support not acceptableStarted to transfer some funds to another broker in December and Scalable and their partner Baader bank have not completed it to this date Ticket 01585565 All the support says is we are experiencing high volumes of queries at this time which is no wonder if they have understaffed teams and slow processes Even the BaFin has now issued a warning against Baader Bank given the number of complaints

Scalable Capital it s a fraudulent organization

Hello everyone I can only advise you all to please keep your hands off Scalable it s a fraudulent organization Firstly they need 3 days to transfer the money no bank takes that long Secondly you can t set up a limit order at the weekend Thirdly I wanted to transfer my money back but Scalable only allows 60 for the transfer back that s my money and not Scalable Capital s Lots of advertising lots of influencers but nothing behind it keep your hands off it and look after your money

NVIDIA Split Money not credited till date

There are so many things that are not correct with scalable capital I am yet to see my credit after the NVIDIA 10 1 Split till date It s been 3 weeks I ve been continuously calling and sent emails but no response yet They don t have an answer to my queries all the customer service execs always say we will forward your query to higher authority and then no response To anyone who is thinking of becoming their customer please don t Don t trust your money with these guys
