Customer Service on a budgetSometimes you can t even open a ticket because they try to make you chat with a chat bot and now it has been two weeks since I opened the ticket with still no answer until now

Been waiting 3 days for opening an account just to know they did not even submitted documents to the custody bank They do not consider it necessary to send a notification that they need additional documents Like all their clients are telepaths Moreover I already sent them residence permit on a proof of residence step 3 days ago Absolute incompetence from day 0

Bad Customer Service Live Chat

I have now tried several times to reach an employee via the live chat However the AI writes that there are currently no employees available and have been for at least 2 weeks I haven t tried over the phone yet but I would experience the same as with chat if no staff are available

20 Minute Phone Wait - Hung up eventually

Can confirm I have called them this morning 09 10 11th July Waited 20 minutes in the queue and nothing No mention of what number I am or how long to wait Hung up Have emailed them this morning - lets see how long this takes Can increase to 4 star if my problem seen to today - otherwise I would have to agree with the reviews thus far at Trustpilot

Nightmare

The app itself is nice and useful Customer support is horrible - takes days to reply and never really solve your issue I needed a tax certificate from them to do a Tex declaration Every bank should issue it automatically in April They never sent it to me I called and emailed at lease 10 times Every time they said they get back to me but they never did And then finally said they send it in August Which doesn t work because it means I ll miss the deadline for the tax declaration I highly recommend anyone to stay away fell this service There s a lot of trustworthy competitors of theirs you can use

they say they give you a kickback if you invite friends but I ve been waiting for me for months

Improvements always went wrong

There has been change in UI very often which leads to negative experience Apart from that the charting software is not at all good For advanced analysis I always have to switch to some other tool

Not for day trading

2 Star because you can do your basic trading with the app which you can do with all other similar apps They have too many problems when it comes to day trading Yesterday I was in the middle of putting a sell order with 44 profit and they logged me out When I logged back in I already lost my profit That s why I don t recommend this app for day trading Sometimes you can t cancel your orders

It seems that the handle frequencies are too high and results too many costs

Please add option to set the date when

Please add option to set the date when savings plan is executed for example to the middle of the month Add better charting tools
