I had been happy with the app until their new Credit product I have been understanding and patient with the recent NVIDIA stock split issues however have been caused great stress with the Credit offering I cancelled my Credit which was only possible after paying everything back in full I have no visibility of the credit payment history However was requested to sell shares in order to cover credit which I believe was already paid back

Such a bad piece of software that today the market was down like crazy and I wanted to run some transactions but guess what the site and app are not performing Everything is slow the status of transactions is not clear I can t open the pages as the response time is sooo slow great trading application that fails when there is a load and when people want to trade worst application actually I tried trade republic and it works seamlessly even at this time Update - even trade republic search does not work although the trades are executed seamlesly

One of the worse applicartion I saw They intentially slow the application whenever it is needed I bought an stock and it remained in pending mode for many hours without fixing the price So it bought automatically in higher price 159 euro instead of 142 Euro It is also not reachable when market volume is high This is not only me Almost everyone has similar complain

I cannot even see the condition of my account because since you have renewed your app I can no longer access my account or see it via my computer as I formerly did

Since months I am running after Scalable Capital to give me back access to my account after they introduced 2FA They cant send me any mail because they don t have enough support people they can t retransfer my money because their support is too busy and whenever I am reaching out they come back with another stupid excuse why they have no time to answer me - while I am losing probably money with my stocks DONT EVER USE THEIR BROKER ITS NOT SAFE

I invested in an EV startup that eventually was switched to being traded on the NASDAQ but because Scalable does not support trading on the NASDAQ my shares were frozen in limbo I could not sell them or buy more shares I contacted Scalable support and was told there was nothing they can do I had to get another brokerage firm to arrange a transfer to a different account After the transfer there was 0 46 left that scalable counted as 0 17 share which I cannot sell I want to close my account because I no longer live in Germany but Scalable say I cannot close my account while it holds a bablance nor can they do anything about this so I am stuck with a zombie account leaving me open to financial fraud Do Not Use This App if you want to invest in tech stocks

Ignore the nice looks of the app and do NOT put any money into this company They will hold on to your funds and not release them I truly believe they are engaging in illegal activity I have been attempting to transfer funds out of Scalable Capital since the beginning of 2024 I have sent countless forms to be told they didn t have them then resent their replies to the original I ve written letters I ve called I ve pleaded but I am still being asked for my patience while they wait to carry out my transactions My guess is that they are in serious financial difficulty and are attempting to hold onto client assets so as not to cease trading Do not do not risk your money with them Go with a reputable German institution not this one

The worst customer experience EVER Especially considering that they are dealing with money I can t believe what a scam this app is I transferred 5000 euro so I can invest and it did not appear in my account IBAN is correct and everything else too but the support does not care The only response is sorry we have too many requests so it might take longer How is this supposed to be a trustworthy company

Since May 13 2024 I have been attempting to transfer my portfolio from Scalable Capital to another broker More than six months have now passed yet no transfer has been completed It appears that both Scalable Capital and Baader Bank are demonstrating a lack of competence in handling this matter Despite numerous requests and complaints from my end there has been no progress to date At this point I am considering retaining legal counsel to resolve the issue Based on this experience I would not recommend opening an account with Scalable Capital

Hi I have just started investing with Scalable Capital since Jan 2022 and till now I have no complains However I will be staying in Germany for 2 years After that I do not know where I have to move I called the customer service of scalable capital and they said if I move to USA UK Canada or Switzerland I cannot do transaction with Scalable Capital however if I move within EU or move to India I can still do transactions with Scalable capital Is this information correct Now if I move to USA or Canada etc then they said it is possible to transfer my entire portfolio from Scalable Capital to a new broker in the new country --- I just have to write a mail to Scalable Capital informing them of this transfer Also they said it is possible to make the transfer after I move to the new country Are all this information correct I am asking since in one of the reviews I read Scalable Capital cannot currently execute depot transfers from foreign brokers question now arises can they execute depot transfer TO foreign brokers like I was promised by one of their call attendants Look forward to a useful prompt response from Scalable Capital
