missing options like trailing stop loss

missing options like trailing stop loss Reports are not very accurate I want to view what is the value change when I do a filter for today only I see

So far so good More for investing than trading ideal for beginners I wish if they publish the technical roadmap of their platform to check if there any upcoming interesting features Candlestick graph would really useful

Technical glitches from time to time

My overall experience is ok Whenever a new product is released say credit the technical errors you get out of them are high and I would like it to be better Customer service is barely present and this wasn t the case 3 years before I root for this broker but I can t recommend it with heart yet Lets see in a year

App is very slow Many time I have to refresh frequently to see my portfolio I am using it on Android

a lot of room for improvement

There is a lot of room for improvement for a better customer experience e g dividends are paid 1-2 days later than announced No direct information on the company s quarterly reporting dates or the dividend payment date in the app

It is a good stock brooker but indirect

It is a good stock brooker but indirect charges on buying and selling stocks are way too high There is huge difference between buy and sell price of the stock which is not beneficial for user There is no functionality to buy fractional shares Basically it is only good for savings plans they offer but for trading use different platform

Although I bought subscription I still have to pay 0 99 for every pur hase below 250 I would love to see that go Apart from that I would love to see more information in dashboard like volume of the stock traded PE median ratio forward PE ratio earning Financials in the app Currently app offers very little information and I need to search other apps for this information

I dislike that u take so long to get

I dislike that u take so long to get payments and give back payments after selling shares despite the basic membership that I am paying for Secondly it s nice to have a selection of the number of year I would like to see how certain shares performed Not just 1year or 5 years steps

Easy and simple to use but application interface is OUTDATED and keeps Crashing

The overall application is very simple to use However there are some points which need to be fixed and updated First of all during critical day of the year the SC mobile application fails and it keeps crashing And this causes to miss out on very important trades Secondly it would be great if we can see the performance of the portfolio compared with some index funds like S P-500 or Nasdaq-100 Instead of just being able to see the absolute return on the portfolio it would be very helpful to be able to see per year wise returns I have a prime broker account and I really miss these features It is impossible to analyze stocks in their application It has developed in the last years but they are still years behind some of the other brokerages

I like the UI it s getting better but

I like the UI it s getting better and more intuitive however security related customer support is from an era which seems like doesn t have internet You really don t want to lose your device on uninstall the app from the main device because it will take you ages to recover your account Another thing they can improve on is that there is no way to know the date of earnings for the companies I am following I have to maintain a completely separate app which allows me to add earnings date to my calendar i believe that at least premium customers should have access to this service as a bare minimum
