Contact by text day before delivery

Generally no problem as usual Delivery delayed a couple of days because no one contacted me to advise the delivery date so the tank hadn t been unlocked Not a big problem just a bit frustrating Rescheduled promptly afterwards

Sadly we did not get our oil delivery on your first attempt because the driver failed to call us and we weren t home when he told us he was 2 7 miles away when we were out shopping This is the second time it s happened The second delivery went fine All is good apart from that

Relief Fuel Received Next time pleae deliver on Due Date

CH Fuel delivered without 24hour warning I was down to my last 20 gallons had begun to twitch Luckily I had unlocked the tank the night before as I was out for my Exercise when Tanker arrived Please note I DO NOT HAVE A MOBILE PHONE All comms come to this PC as 820405 does NOT do TEXT

Good communication with head office but not with driver

Good communication with head office with respect to initial order on phone Delivery was not at time stated snd then arrived without warning Driver didn t replace cap properly

Please don t ruin your otherwise excellent service with that dreadful computerised pointer

The service continues to be very good but the time taken to complete an order is absolutely dreadful There is a meaninglessdisembodied message which takes 2 minutes to listen to only then does it deign to pass one to a human being Then although it used to take 2 minutes to complete a repeat order over the phone it now takes 9 minutes It really is infuriatingly stupid can someone please review this nonsense and bring back proper customer service

Scottish Fuels Brogan Resolved an issue with the excessive price we had been quoted from a call to the Certas website to an amount similar to charges in other areas of UK Had your revues been about Certas it would certainly not have been 4 stars

Delivery was on time

Delivery was on time getting to speak to an operator took a bit of time and didn t appear to readily have my account details

My oil

The only reason I have given 4 was because the company never sent a email or text me when it would arrive It was just by luck I was in I keep my oil tank locked and open it the morning it s due

Certas fuels

Certas always give me notice of when to expect a delivery however I know that if I need to cancel for any reason that is easy to do their staff are always willing to help or give appropriate information

The delivery man is just so cheery

The delivery man is just so cheery the only downside was this delivery was a week overdue so 8 was very worried I d run out of oil Dylan at the call centre was equally helpful and the delivery came
