My oil was delivered a day later than

My oil was delivered a day later than the within a week given on ordering I had been hoping for a prompt delivery with the unusually cold weather having not used oil at all for a few weeks during the warmer May and I didn t want to run my tank too low but I understand they were short-staffed Things have changed since the time I usually got my oil within days but then most things are different Otherwise a problem-free delivery

As usual all well managed but this time we were almost out of fuel and the best delivery you could manage was 2 weeks

Delivery a week late but no problem as we ordered in plenty time and no danger of running out Unable to progress delivery due to web site being updated Delivery driver from Huntly depot very courteous and efficient

A planned delivery schedule out of kilter with need for a vulnerable household was quickly addressed and the driver was courteous when having to get access via neighbouring property

When the planned delivery message didn t come as expected we phoned up and found one wasn t scheduled till Feb 28th The tank guages were already warning us we were low and with an 96 year old in the house there was concern Staff acted quickly and a delivery was made within a couple of days though in the larger tanker which necessitated a call to the next door property for permission to get access via their roadway Luckily this was given

Could do better with price

Delivery s always on time and on schedule although often price is not competitive in an area where there is a lot of competition Can usually negotiate a better deal with Certas but as a long term customer why do we always have to do the work You should be offering best price to long term customers

Timing of delivery

The only complaint I have is that you email me to say you will be in 10 days but it s always longer I think you should just text the day before you are definitely arriving save hassle both for me and you

Good to receive a 30 off offer on ordering 600 Litres of heating oil Which is great after the New Labour government stopped the pensioners winter fuel payment Delivery was good but was expecting a text message or email the day before delivery driver text 20 minutes before arriving

oil deliveries are within the time windows the drivers are pleasant and efficient it is a pity that oil boiler servicing is not available in all delivery areas
