Scheduling timing and volumes seems to be much more at the company s convenience than the customer I imagine short supply led to small late deliveries over the winter but no adequate warning meant I ran out before deliveries three times Then large volumes and more frequent than needed in Spring Summer

Delivered quicker than it took to

Delivered quicker than it took to order Ordered one day delivered the next which was great However couldn t get an online quote as kept saying that they don t deliver to our postcode But they do and have done so a number of times Then took best part of 2 days to speak to a human

Fed up

I m fed up that with every notification of delivery I have to do price comparison I always find cheaper supplier this time it was a 20p litre difference then I have to call can haggle - totally fed up with it As a customer for 20 yrs I d expect to be offered lowest available price

Purchase process needs improvement

Oil delivery was as advised and delivered by a very considerate ad friendly driver who took care of our property However due to online glitch I could not order online and had to create account online and pay over the phone there and then No email confirmation of order no receipt of money paid and no delivery date I had to request a receipt but only received an invoice which did not detail my pre payment I have still not received acknowledgement of my payment Whilst delivery was good the order and purchase process is lacking

Great at first excellent on phone givin date for delivery seven days but then had to phone them back and my tank was nearly empty so poor showing for that

The original phone call was excellent price was the best at the time delivery was for about 7 days which was OK But then had to call back after about ten days Lady on phone was good but it still took another 2 day for delivery which by then my tank was nearly empty so poor showing for that

Late delivery but good customer communication

Deliveries in the past have always been nicely on time but this one was delayed due to driver sickness Fortunately tank level was sufficient so no worries about running out of fuel Scottish Fuels kept me informed of the situation so no worries

Delayed delivery

Ordered on 5 December aimed to deliver by 19 December actually delivered on 22 December after phoning on 21 December to see when we would receive it Was told it had been loaded twice but not delivered We live on the A83 with tankers passing our door most days so hardly out of the main delivery route

19 DAYS FROM DATE OF ORDER

I THINK THAT 19 DAYS FROM DATE OF ORDER TO DELIVERY IS UNACCEPTABLE HENCE THE 3 STARS LUCKILY WE DIDNT RUN OUT OF OIL BUT ONLY BECAUSE WE TURNED DOWN THE HEATING AND REDUCED THE BOILER BURNHOWEVER I WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE DELIVERY DRIVER FOR HIS EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE HE IS A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY AND DESERVES 5 STARS OR MORE

Tank not fully filled

Everything was ok except that I wasn t able to get my tank filled to the top as I normally do For some reason I had to specify the exact amount I required so I ended up with a tank that is only 9 10 s full and will therefore need to topped up again sooner than necessary Please can you advise if this is now the norm or if I will be able to go back to getting it filled up

It took a lot longer than the 10 days

It took a lot longer than the 10 days suggested for my delivery and I only discovered there was a problem when I logged into my account online Very confusing as I received 2 days of texts each time saying my fuel was being delivered that day then wasn t I finally got it a week later after that day s text reminder and a call from the delivery driver
