In December 23 under 2 months ago we bought a brand new fridge A Haier 507L Quad Door Fridge with Ice Plumbed-in Water Dispenser - BlackSince then it has malfunctioned 3 times that I have physically seen inside the fridge reaching temperatures of over 20 degrees This has cost us thousands in food wastage as it is constantly around 30 degrees here I have tried to contact support multiple times via phone and chat It also does not work I am starting to wonder if that is just a Haier trait things not working The automated phone call asked me to book a technician in which is still a month away That is hopeless to us as we need an actual functioning fridge I requested a call back as the hold queue is so long I presume other faulty appliances No call came back though Thus making it impossible to contact you for support When we bought the fridge it was to come with a 200 cashback and again you did not honor that even when I have tried to contact you about it prior Ultimately I am furious that a brand new 2000 fridge has cost us so much in wasted food The first 2 times it happened I thought maybe it was the fridge not closing properly so I have been extremely vigilant in ensuring it is closed and again this morning the fridge was over 20degrees inside sealed We have been getting sick with symptoms that relate to food poisoning every now and then I now believe it is because the fridge won t hold a steady temperature and the food and medication that is stored in it is spoiling much quicker than it should

Worst service
Worst service They did not do proper installation When I complained for the same customer care center told me that they will send someone to attend the same local service office rejected visit without intimation Also no one came to my home for rectification I have to get the installation done by my own Will not recommend anyone to buy Haier products

I bought an haier ac one month back I got good cool in first three days after that it not getting too much low cool when i first complaints with the dealer ideal in trivandrum they arrange one technician he come and look and he tells ac is not hv any problem after that also its not working so I again Registered a complaints and after 1 week no response from them so again when i check with customer care they told me the service agency rejected my service request and they are helpless I request all to dont purchase this brand we will not get any after service fron ideal dealer or haier company

Our 22 month old washer dryer laundry center needs a new drum after 22 months The kicker is was it was used for no more than 7 months during the time of ownership Marketed as GE and both should be ashamed and neither one will step up and address the problem Pay 1475 00 on now I am told 750 to repair Shameful and avoid at all costs

Faulty fridge freezer 2 engineer visits did not sort the issue they have dragged the complaint out until the warranty expired so now won t repair unless I pay for it DO NOT BUY ANY HAIER CANDY OR HOOVER PRODUCTS

The door of our new drier cracked spontaniously I have been trying to reach their costumer service for over a month both via mail and via phone but they keep ignoring me I want to get the door repaired as per guarantee but it looks like service is non existent in this company
