I signed up for 7 day trial period in the website but I have to cancel it because I downloaded the app and subscribed in it I contacted support to cancel my trial period in the website and they emailed me that it s already cancelled After seven days I was billed 79 20 to my surprise It was my last money and I was really disappointed But I just emailed the customer support and ask them to issue me a full refund After a while they issued a full refund I was so happy I also thought they were scamming people because of the reviews but their service is legit Just ask help from customer support and they will gladly help you out

I ve been using this for 56 days Every day before I get out of bed I spend time thinking about what is coming up for the day and then I summarize how the prior day went This helps me put aside negative feelings remaining after I ve had time to sleep and reflect on them I have occasionally used the journaling a second time during the day It helps me to get rid of negative feelings and hurts or document a super win during the day In addition to the mindful wakeup I have linked a Bible devotional from YouVersion Bible It takes me at most 15 minutes but I start my day in the same way every day Being consistent is important to beat procrastination
