This app is a keeper I love this app There are so many cool and unique features in the app and its so user friendly The grounding exercises are great for actually forgetting stuff that bother you The colors used in graphics are also very calming I just wish the instructions and exercises could have an audio version so you could do them with your eyes closed Overall a really useful app Loved it

The Sensa support team is absolutely amazing I was unsure confused about a few things - I contacted them a few times - my bad they explained and took action If you have any kind of issue contact them before leaving a bad review

Sensa is a fantastic app for keeping my mental health and self-care in check It is not intended to solve your problems but rather to serve as a tool to assist you in your daily activities The design has a clean modern and dare I say relaxing look and feel to it It s something I d use on a regular basis
