A visually appealing and smooth GUI design that enhances my experience each time I use it First and foremost I like how each activity comes with a detailed explanation of how to complete it Second there are no irritating ads or videos pooping up and finally I love the mood check-up which allows me to work on my mood to stay happy using their available exercise I m impressed with you developers for creating such a great app

I love love love that I am asked to rate my mood several times each day As with most people my mood shifts during the day so reporting these keeps my mood tracker accurate The app is sensitive to these mood shifts and responds appropriately by asking me to do certain things due to my specific mood I like that it is time-sensitive and addresses the need in real-time The tasks are not time-wasters nor are they time hogs You can complete almost everything you are asked to do in less than 15 minutes So far I have found this app useful for me

This app is great for my purposes which is just to track calories Keeping a food log is the best way to impact your eating behavior I ve done it manually but it isn t sustainable Good data comes from consistent input The app not only makes it possible it reminds you when you forget or get busy

This app definitely did the job I m 40 years old managing a family and my own social enterprise I was a workaholic in the past and then I got burned out and started procrastinating for a few years already Interestingly This app made me understand that workaholism and procrastinating stemmed from the same problematic and unhealthy roots of my demanding upraising Neither mode was healthy both burned me out and I never saw it before I used this app And it s not like I m free of procrastinating now but every time it crawls from my unconsciousness I have the right glasses to see it and most of the time deal with it consciously using the tools provided I think I will also repeat the 4 weeks journey again after some time One thing I wished for in this app and probably because I m a visual person is to see some infographics or illustrations that make it visually easy to understand the process I ended up drawing down the procrastinating cycle on a paper and from there I started branching out of it all the new healthy techniques I was gaining through the app to help myself understand which part of the cycle these techniques help with The app itself is clean to the eye and the illustrations are cute and minimal which is important for me

I didn t use sensa for the duration they recommended There method does have a way of helping you understand what matters Most importantly when I requested to cancel my membership they did it immediately and sent an email confirmation This might not sound like a big deal but I have grown tired of companies making this difficult I would come back to sensa should I feel the need
