Mostly intuitive and user friendly especially with the colours and graphic features of little figurines However it maybe just me and how I perceive content I sometimes find it difficult to follow the programme and all the different sections However when I focus and concentrate I finally find my way Lorraine

Really enjoying the app Sensa is easy to use Gentle reminders provide an easy platform to check in on take actions to feel better stay in the present moment and move through the challenges It does require a commitment to use daily to work optimally

I like the app

I like the app how it presents information and the way it encourages and cheers you up to continue I am only on my 5th day with the procrastination path Really the most important part that no app can do magic about is for you to stick with it do the work to understand yourself better and be able to identify early on when you slip into procrastination behaviors I hope by the end of the 4 weeks I ll be better armed to manage my procrastination So all I can say to fellow procrastinators the app is good just hang in there and do the work It s worth it

I ve been using Sensa for about a month now and things have really changed for the better I have finished my first course and am now on to the second I ve been trying to keep up with my mood tracker I ve started journaling and the most useful is definitley the activities section as I ve really been trying to complete them all daily
