Average need to improve communication
You did it again Shiprocket First of all though there are a lot of good things about your service you need to admit that you actually have one or two courier service options Rest of them are just for namesake DTDC for example never picks up so after couple of experiences we stopped opting for that courier partner So generally the sellers are left with two options Delhivery and Amazon Now Delhivery is also loosing its reputation We had to cancel 3 of our orders after waiting for them be picked up for 3 days This caused delay in delivery and we have to answer calls from our clients There is a order reached to the destination hub on 17 3 22 but not moving from there from last 4 days What to do Shiprocket and Delhivery is a deadly combination Won t try it again Edit After 3 days status is the same AWB no 1504830954091 Order is cancelled and I want the shipment back without any charges There is no way I can book the return shipment and your customer representative repeats only one thing it will be resolved Shiprocket writes to the sellers that if you don t pay invoice in 7 days your account will be suspended but as a small seller what can we do when the order gets cancelled because of your fault and also you charge to create a return shipment There is no word for such an insensitive company At least return my shipment Edit 2 Date 26 3 22Shiprocket committed that they will deliver the shipment by 26 3 22 In the morning we received an email saying shiprocket is refunding shipping cost because of the delay caused by them We felt that at least they did this but the story was not over In couple of hours they changed the status Lost Refund the product amount Mr Goel Product was for Rs 2899 Don t want to degrade ourselves by using bad words but it shows company s insensitivity and shrudness There is no scope for less than one star otherwise shiprocket deserves that Edit 28 3 22We appreciate that shiprocket has promised to refund product amount As a business we believe in mutual respect When we had critisized shiprocket openly and genuinely it is our responsibility to show the better side of the company too Thank you for the refund We would still strongly suggest to improve your communication Have added 2 more stars
