Worst serive on the palnet they will give Ticket for every problem it s not ship rocket it s SHITROCKET No proper reply Dear Shiprocket we have an account with you for past one year And we are happy to say we are highly irritateed with your customer serivce and internal chat option Am awaiting reposnse from executive on you internal chat for then 1 5 hrs they are replying once in every 30 mins and why the hell two three executives are handling same chat and asking the same thing over and over again this is not first time I don t mind what you guys think about me Your customer service support is really pathetic and a waste of time None of your executives replied on time in your useless internal chat for more than 2-3 hrs and my call never was attended Even if they attained as ask us to send mail if they can t give a solution then why are you having a customer service team Giving a ticket for everything single thing is not really helping without any immediate solution I have expressed this on your app review in google also Your chat executive takes 2-3 hours to reply by the time I can do something useful They reply when I am away and immediately close the chat saying I am not giving any response to them Now tell me you think am I sitting here to simply stare at your chat box and wait for your executive reply for hours What solution are you going to give for this Their customer service executive is asking to elobrate the problem in mail I don t know what worst explantion they need more then this Ship rockets works when it s fine if there is any problem there is no way you can contact them send mail they will give useless ticket number with executive who don t know how to provide solution
