Most dishonest company with liars as employees They ring your phone for 1 sec literally at 11 15PM in the night and update the status as delivery attempted when we call back to the number no one picks the phone they also do false updates without even calling the customer that they attempted delivery and no one is available while we are sitting and waiting in our home looking for delivery Pathetic service and they cheat not only the buyers who are expecting delivery but also back back stab the sellers who pay their hard earned money to this company to deliver their stuff on time I ask one question to Shiprocket if you are not willing to deliver or your employees are lazy and do not want to work why run a delivery service company causing inconvenience to sellers and buyers Remember you could be carrying something of important value to the buyers it could be medicine it could be a life saving device it could be something to an elderly person who cannot go out and buy stuff have some responsibility in your company

I can say 100 that Shiprocket is the worst platform I ve ever seen There is no customer support good Delivery partners and worst delivery agents Every day I assign a courier partner and the next day every time I get the message that my shipment is not ready I have a CCTV camera outside my location and Noboday came to pick up the order on the pickup date Why would I not be prepared for my customer shipment Is there any meaning to this Delivery agents are the worst and didn t show up at the location especially DTDC and Bluedart They are both reputed companies but still don t come to the area every time For every order I have to create a ticket I will not be using Shiprocket from now on I think somebody needs to take legal action against them Or they should be banned for unfair practice

Hi Shiprocket Regarding shipment AWB I16759870I shipped the order for Ahmedabad to Ahmedabad only but it is taking forever to reach In an idea scenario a hyperlocal shipment takes 24 to 48hrs to reach but this one has taken 6 days already and shows 5th March EDD which was 27th Feb originally Please get it delivered today i e 1st March 2024 or return the shipment to us and we can personally deliver If you can not handle CoD order then please dont offer such facilities About AWB I41810787This shipment has been RTO because the last attempt for delivery was at 1200 am meaning midnight We get to hear from our customer also about such unprofessional behaviour and we are also charged for to and fro of the order by you the screenshots have been uploaded and have been mailed too but no response from yourside hope to get some response for the same

Shiprocket is the most pathetic shipping partner to be with Pathetic services no policies no rules no regulations I don t know how this company really works worst worst worst experience which can t be put in words a big name in the name of scammers really In simple words a money making company Please don t ever go with Shiprocket as your shipping partner not at all recommended Only have bad experience to share with them real fraud

worst decision i ever made i lost 13 000rs they hold my cash on delivery remittance amount around 13k they charged me for 21kg for a product of 2kg wrongly i have registered many complaint regarding this issue and they rejected every single time even i have shared them proper evidence they still rejected talked to customers support many time still rejected worst experience ever had i will not recommend anyone to use this platform

This is in refrence to below reviews finally after 1 month of follow up and with help of bluedart Shiprocket courier service I received the refund from the seller Shiprocket is not only worst but fraud also they just sell products of Fraud seller who are looting people just for their sake and making money by selling fake items and inspite of regular follow up with Shiprocket team for my refund through mails and calls no one is bothered to revert we are suffering just becoz we have trusted Shiprocket will deliver genuine product

Worst Customer Experience from ship rocket one of there executive is talking very rudely to me I have voice recoding for the same I am seller on ship rocket from past many day but they don t care about their cutomer anymore I have lost many shipment but this is regarding one of my ship which is lost and as I raised the disputed so they refunded me the amount in my wallet in January for lost shipment After 2 months In march out of the blue they marked the same shipment delivered and deduted the amount from my wallet and when I called them they didn t ever answer properly their employee is yawning on call even he knows that I am recoding the call and he said he cant help in that you can reach me out for any proff
