Good Experience with fast delivery

We had a very good experience with shiprocket Really fast delivery and a very good team to work with There are some technical issues with the dashboard at times but it is immediately resolved by the team Special thanks to Mr Nikunj Ms Abhilasha and Ms Kirti for being very supportive

Update Thanks for resolving------------------------------While things are okay but its disappointing that shiprocket s courier mark shipments delivered without even delivering it I will make sure that this is highlighted to the management and consumer forum and everywhere if I am not refunded 2024047318

False delivery Claim

Update Yes there are some issues but issues are everywhere What matters is how a company handles it and Shiprocket handled it very well Not expected such an experience with a company like Shiprocket I had shipped so many orders in last 2days and more aligned But my two shipments are showing delivered but not delivered I am helpless 2024451634 SF86775254KR

Misleading date of delivery at booking stage

AWB 3283377944When I booked a shipment the estimated time of delivery was 22 02 2024 which I was happy with Booked the pickup After the package was picked up the delivery date shows as 24 02 2024 on the app I called the customer service team but they are helpless Apparently there is no complaints department as well there s no was to escalate this over the telephone EDITING after receiving a reply from Shiprocket Happy to know the package got delivered on time It is bad experience with conflicting information hence Shiprocket must update their app to set the right expectation with customers
