update on the Kyboot problem Kybun have now offered me a more substantial discount on a new pair of boots so I can t fault their customer service shame ab out the problem with the original pair but they are amazingly comfortable

I absolutely love what kind boots does for my feet how I m able to walk over all kinds of terrain in comfort If you ve ever had any peripheral neuropathy this is the shoe for you I would like to reach out to the people who run the company to suggest that they try to introduce some style into their line of shoes the one sandal I like the Roman sandal they took off the market so I did buy the other ones they re just not pretty on the foot However the feeling is like heaven So I wear them But wouldn t it be great if they had some really stylish models where they could incorporate the base into a more attractive shoe

I purchased Kyboot shoes as I was plantars fasciitis diagnosis

I purchased Kyboot shoes as I was diagnosed with plantars fasciitis in my left foot Kyboot shoes immediately took away the pain and they were the only shoes I could wear The only negative is the Kyboot shoes with the high-rebound effect don t offer as much stability as regular shoes I found that my knees were affected by this and I ended up with knee pain The newer low-rebound effect Kyboot shoes offer less cushioning but more stability and may have been best for me but I don t think they were available last year when I had my foot pain It s nice that Kyboot has options so try both styles before you make your purchase

The company is awesome When I rate a company it is ALL about customer service and their customer service can t be beat They will talk to you in depth on the phone and also confer back and forth by email Shipping is free and that includes returns which you can do as long as you try out the shoes right away inside on carpet

Service and deliver were as promised I have worn MBTs for years because of chronic foot problems They helped but kyBoot shoes are way better I ll were nothing else form this point forward

Excellent service from the start Had to return my first order due to sizing it was no problem and the representative was very helpful in helping expedite my return and helping with reorder of correct size The return process was very easy and my reorder was delivered promptly My wife is well pleased with this product and after a short breakin period wears them daily Only problem with this product is now I will probably have to replace all her shoes with Kyboots This is a very good product and in the future will purchase a pair for myself Thank you Henry Vines

This was my 4th purchase from KyBoots including a pair for my daughter They always work with you to get the right sizing with free shipping returns As soon as they saw the tracking for my last pair I needed a half size larger l sent back I received an email they had shipping my new pair the same day Great service
